Fit for whatever you throw at them. That's the beauty of CrossFit Elite training, that you're prepared for the unexpected.
Climb up a wall? Do a triathlon in the ocean with the bike portion uphill (!) in sand? Carry a 200 lbs Doberman on your back? You name it, we're ready.
You think Michael Jordan could excel at all that? No way, he would probably not even survive the first portion of the CrossFit Triathlon (*part of the CrossFit Games a couple of years back).
Also, Rich Froning has a far superior PHYSIQUE than any of these wannabes.
