Heard from one of his teammates at minnesota that he hitch hiked across the USA or some really long distance. This was a couple years ago i am fuzzy on the details. Bit of a wild dude possibly?
He's getting me out of summer school.
Ben was born a poor black girl in Bartlett, Tennessee in 1847. Before the war. Before Twitter. Before FloTrack. Before Freedom.
I can't decide if if the headband and scraggily stringy hair is better or worse than the Will Leer man-bun.
I think man-bun wins.
3:35 still has a long way to go to be a force at 5k
Stillwater has had some really great alumni success. Who are the 4 that are sub 4, Watson, Watson, Graham, and Blakenship? Andy Tate?
Jon Kreuger was 3rd at D3 XC Nats in about 97'. Did Kevin Doe get under 14:00?
Luke Watson and Sean Graham were both in the 5k final at the trials, any other HS have ever have two guys in a trials final?
Another Dbag with a beard and long hair. Hey ben we saw this before with Leer.
Runner claim to be individuals but all follow the same stupid hipster trends.

Long hair don't care. Suck it dude.
Seriously, how many hair and facial hair (or lack of) combinations are there for a guy? If one pro runner has a beard does that mean no others can?
He reminds me of Ben Bridwell of Band of Horses. I kind of like his look...it's a little more unique than the somewhat common man bun that two other pros are wearing (Jager and ... just slipped my mind).

He's the new Will Leer. Goofy hair. Funny guy. Runs good times. Never will make a World or Opympic team. End of thread.
Krahn was injured for quite a while after setting those freshman records (I count the 2M as well, since Verzbicas later re-classified, as per his age).
Jon Gault caught up with Blankehsip for a Q&A this morning:
He will make the U.S. Team. He has been too consistent not to. I have no idea who will be left off the team because I can't see Manzano or Centro not making the team. I also see Wheating and Andrews having great shots.

I'm not sure I follow your arithmetic. You say Blankenship "will" make the team, and you say you see Centro and Manzano making the tea. So that's three people who you say will make the team.
If those three are going to make the team, how can Wheating and Andrew have "great shots" to make the team?
I must be missing something.
