The fact that this was held in Boston is the best basis for appeal.
I wouldn't put my money on him seeing 30 years old though

Not final. . . but highly likely to stand.
Yes I agree. Still many more millions to be wasted before we can close this chapter. -

No it's not. They will appeal and this will go on for years and cost millions. Too bad he got out of that boat alive.
proof of what? -
After having examined the video and still photos of the aftermath of his crimes, I for one am satisfied.

Agreed. It only took about 6 years for Timothy McVeigh to be put down. That is relatively quick for a death sentence. -
Great The drunk inbreds boston nitwits who served on that jury just gave them what they want another martyr.

Since when do Americans give a crap if the terrorists don't like what we do?
Are you freakin kidding me?

There's currently a moratorium at the federal level for death sentences, last one was in 2003 I believe. I'd take the over on him seeing 30. -

You realize americans killing Muslims was the precise reason for the bombings. You'll care when a nut blows your leg off. -
You would have done well in France in the late 1930's buddy

You are correct on the moratorium. But, the Supreme Court is expected to have their ruling by the end of June. Plenty of time left to still put the young terrorists down before he turns 30.
I say he will be 28 when put to death. -

You are right. Well, for his sake, I hope that:
1. The Supreme Court does not make its decision on a pending appeal before he is 30, even though it is due later this year; and
2. That Holder (the one who supported the moratorium) continues to be AG - even though he is no longer the AG - and that Obama will still be in office when he turns 30 even though he cannot be reelected.
Hmmm . . . I'm not changing my bet. -

So I read all the history books in the world, and I found out about this thing called "appeasement."
Since I don't know anything about history, could you teach me about it and how well it went for the French?
Thanks buddy! -
Looks it's a boston idiot.

But speaking of France, in the 90s there was another one of these sick Muslims who killed people on trains with bombs. When the police found the sucker they shot him down in the middle of the street. Everybody knew they shot him just because they don't have capital punishment in France. And consequently nobody complained. -

I accept your surrender.
Have to admit that it came faster than I expected even for a pro-appeasement guy. -

So based on this verdict (death) Aaron Hernandez should get the same MA sentence........yes? -
MA doesn't have the death penalty, so Hernandez lives.

What is the "MA" sentence?
