If it was bad before it has to be just hell now..
I think he's mentally 13 years old.

Mike Rossi Boston Marathon Cheat
I wonder if the publicity of this whole thing has caused Race Directors everywhere to step up their anti-cheating measures, such as putting in intermediate timing mats. I remember a statement from Bart Yasso saying something like LVM would be "very difficult" or "impossible" to cheat on, since it was point to point. I'm guessing that was one of the reasons LVM never bothered with intermediate timing mats before. But I'm sure they never could have imagined someone would just drive the whole thing.
Does anyone know what gps watch Mike was wearing in the VIA marathon? The data is out there somewhere. You don't wear a clunky gps watch if you are not using it. Has anyone tried to hack?
Second most? Spielberg is first. Mitch Albion is probably second, then Joe Flacco. Sal Palantonio fourth. I forget who else was on that wiki page but it was kinda weird how many names I recognized from a Jersey town of only 14,000.
It probably contributed to Mike's personal low self esteem that led him to create this egomaniac personae that had to cheat to BQ to feel that he had accomplished something.
I might burn him one. Not sure how he intends to get his soul back though, it's damn ragged. Minimalist at best. And his propensity for loving Spandau Ballet, are you kidding me? We had to add a while 'nuther level for those clowns. My boy is THE BEST.

Ironic lyrics, Satan.
So true
Funny how it seems
Always in time, but never in line for dreams
Head over heels when toe to toe
This is the sound of my soul
This is the sound
I bought a ticket to the world
But now I've come back again
Why do I find it hard to write the next line?
Oh, I want the truth to be said

Does anyone know what Mike does during the weekday? What is his real job?
His full time job is creating screen names and posting on this thread. I'll bet most of these "Long time/first time" posters are him.
Which probably doesn't sit well with his photography clients. If you go to the East Coast Event Group website and then to the photography page where it says "find my event" some of the projects are as far behind as 18 months or more. Not to mention that the work of the photographers is total crap. You can judge for yourself since none of the projects are password protected.
And as far as his videos I only have one word: iMovie.
It's on autoreply down below. It is hell after all.

The "Longtime Lurker" posters are all Anti-Mike. Those are not Mike posting. Mike posts stuff like "Where is the DQ?"
You of all people do not get to criticize wedding vendors for being behind in their work.
Hard to believe at this point, but you continue to look more and more idiotic with every post.
Actually, I'm sure editing and photoshoping all the wedding stuff takes a lot of hours during the week. It looks like he is also a country music DJ. The guy definitely works

The sympathetic side of me hopes he is coming up with an apology. This is almost like watching a football game where the team you are rooting against is getting the score run up on them. You kind of hope that the other team just takes a knee. But the reality probably is that he is trying to come up with something else to make it look like he ran either of the races. Mike, believe me on this, just come clean and your life will do a 180. Everyone will understand and you can turn this around. Hell, Satan may even give you a hall pass (pun intended).
The analogy would be more accurate if the losing team is claiming "scoreboard" while threatening the opposing team's QB's mom, and talking about his kid. All the while still getting blown out.

Sure I do. I messed up. Admitted I messed up. Then apologized to those clients and got them their videos.
I took responsibility for my actions. Mike hasn't.

Only when you were caught.
The long time lurker posts are indeed anti-Mike.
I notice also the venom directed at new posters as if we somehow don't belong here since we are not among the 15 posters who have carried the conversation for the previous 900 pages. What's up with that?
I came out of lurking because I want Mike to realize that this is not a small group of people who are following his "story." It's a wide swath of the population. And none of us believes his fables.
And the reason why I want him to realize the breadth of his infamy is so he stops digging himself deeper. Why do I do this? Because I feel empathy for people. Yes, it was despicable that he cheated at a marathon, but the level of attack is out of proportion to the crime. Insulting his job, appearance, gait, family, etc. is that really necessary? Y'all are making me feel sympathy for him because of the viciousness of the attacks.
That being said, he is no innocent party in this. He is making it worse through his death threats to others, his Twitter one-ups, and wearing Boston clothes. The best response to the attack is to ignore. It must be difficult, but he should ignore the taunting. But realize this. Anyone who resorted to cheating in a marathon (and again in a Turkey Trot) is not "normal" as you and I understand it to be. He is not going to be taunted into admitting his cheating.
Bottom line is I want him to stop this so he can pull his reputation out of the limelight and save his family embarrassment. Please, Mike. Stop.
With all these new posters and the FB/Twitter posts gaining steam, it feels like the Rossi Saga is ramping up for a dramatic and sudden conclusion. ( I wish Rojo would veryify that the new posters are legit tho. )
Best possible scenario for the final chapter:
The article and this thread reaches everyone in Mikes local area via FB and twitter, a runner who ran the same race sees it and goes back to look at their pictures and comes forward with solid evidence, then a new article is put up and it goes viral (surpassing the original letter to the principal).
Rossi admitting cheating would be a bittersweet victory. We could celebrate for a little bit, but all the fun watching him dig his hole deeper would come to an end.

Stillman, several couples were divorced before they received your video of their wedding.
But it is true, in the end you did the right thing. Let's hope Mike follows your example.

I suspect some of this is when people triumphantly suggest something as a major insight which was actually discussed as if new on pages 2, 34, 150, 324, 555, 600 . . .you get the gist. Personally I accept this is to be expected and just roll my eyes.
Another problem is accidentally saying something that resembles something that one of the very many trolls (Rossi being chief troll) has said.
There are also people who at various times have given the impression that they "own" this thread or have a uniquely correct insight into conspiracies and accomplices, if someone starts looking like this they tend to get grief.
Another troll tactic is the faux naive "Hello I'm new to this thread - just wanted to ask [some lame thing that anyone who had read page 1 would know]" when they have previously posted in support of Rossi as another name.
Oh and the subject thing, fairly self-explanatory.
Give this man a beer.

Why does everyone make fun of his job? I don't criticize people who support their families by working. In this day and age, that's a positive. Let's try to stay on topic.
