His business is called DQ Events. I mean, he has to DQ Rossi.
Rossi is simply too lazy to look anything up and do simple research or think something through before he acts

Right. Rossi boldly (and hilariously) Tweeted a screen shot showing that he started at 8:59am. Yet the timing company recorded our guy crossing the start at 9:06:42.03.

Really, I know he's not the sharpest tool in the shed. But still: Getting the accurate starting time on a fabricated GPS file shouldn't be too hard, right?

It sounds like no RD of a small race is going to DQ him simply for something suspicious like a difference in gun/chip time. If there is no prize money involved they just don't care. They see it as no harm, no foul.
Next time he runs a local 5K let me know and I will bring 3 HD video cameras with me. We'll just need two others to man them. I know we have at lest two other local guys on here. I'll film the start. We'll have two stationed along the course. And I can drive to the finish and film that, so we'll have four spots along the course on video. And with that Mike couldn't claim that he ran past the very split second that the camera malfunctioned.
We know you will not show because you are lazy and to busy bullying children
ROSSI FOR THE WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Has anyone received a reply from RGIII?

God forbid you actually walked somewhere.

Because walking to the end of the race might get me there before all the runners? Okay, jackass.

Have you ever been to a single 5k?
Seriously.
The start and finish are usually not very far from each other stupid.

Letsrun should offer $10,000 to Ken just to show up. There's a better chance that Mike runs a sub20
No reply on Strava, none to the e-mail. I didn't feel eager to get in there with my personal Strava account, so maybe it looked fishy to him when some weird Uzhorod-guy contacted him. I got blocked from seeing his runs with the Uzhorod-account as well. I can see them with my normal account though.
The man doesn't seem willing to cooperate.
Feel free to try for yourself.

Bingo.

You had you chance and you didn't show up. You missed your moment to shine. There is no "next time". You are all bark with no bite

Ken takes plenty of bites.
Rossi is a cheating douchebag of EPIC proportions, but maybe he's not quite that stupid.
Nike+ does the 3-second countdown when you start a run. It's 'possible' that Mike got the run set up to go before the race started and then immediately hit the pause button, then restarted it. That would explain the difference between the Nike+ time and the timing company time.
It doesn't explain the time differential or the "results soon" tweet.

Set-up the app, pause it, take a picture of the start, supposedly deal with shoe malfunction, cross the start a bit late. Run 20 and change. Hmm. If he really wants people to believe he did that he should at least come through with some splits.
Then again: Some apps I used (Endomondo, Runkeeper) will even allow you to create your own route with timing, date, everything. So basically it could mean anything.
This seems particularly unlikely given the fact that every other runner with GPS data posted that I've seen started ~9:06, which matches the 9:06 from the timing company. Also, since I haven't used that app, wouldn't it impact the overall time as well? seems like it would make his overall time quite a bit slower than his gun/chip time.
Ken has really thin skin for such a fat tub of sh1t.
