Ken deleted the posts about the police calls and hasn't reported back yet like he said he would. Looks like Mike may have followed through.
All the police need to do is Google 'Mike Rossi' and they'll realize they're dealing with a lunatic who needs to be humored and then ignored.

In contrast, Rossi has indirectly (some may argue even directly) threatened several people. He certainly has posted materials that imply threats or violence. In addition, he has tweeted names of people here as well as their spouses and children and has gotten creepy with some critics' children on Facebook, as well as some other electronic antics best left unsaid here in the open, but you know what I am referring to Rossi, all of which has been saved and cataloged.
That's right I'm glad you reminded us all of that. I have plenty of cached posts going back to those drunken Friday nights in June on up. When I read back over them I'm amazed at how much disgusting stuff was said about children. Kens posts were relatively lame compared to those. I'm sure Mike wouldn't want all those posts brought up again , or would he?

I noticed at the bottom of this pic that Mike attended his class reunion the night of his epic Turkey Trot. Maybe he's been extra pissy because he didn't get to tell everyone in the room about his fantastic sub-20 5k like he had planned, and instead had to limp around the room wearing a boot, having to tell everyone he stepped in a hole.
Poor Mike.
And in a perfect world would have had to listen to comments such as "wow, you ran 20:15, so when are you going to cash in on that $100k prize?"

Why did Ken stop referencing Rossi's twitter in all his posts recently?
Does appear to be the case, Ken should take a leaf out of Cecily Tynan's book and just refer to "local course-cutter", he could also post a link to this thread and/or the Brojo's challenge letter after every tweet.

Interesting article on how NOT to get to a marathon finish line. #noshortcuts Even mentions a local course-cutter"
She is excellent at making subtle remarks. To the point that if Mike really never cheated, he wouldn't have any reason to get riled up over them. She points to course cutters, cheaters, people with no ethics... only one reason why he always gets defensive. Then the moron stoops to white trash level by using derogatory language. It's a bit obvious why he doesn't have 18k followers. Oh the envy!

Right. Shame on all of us for expecting Barb McKeever to do the right thing. NEVER RACE IN BARB McKEEVER'S EVENTS!!!!
Was talking to a friend about this and she was comparing it to what happened with Kendall Schler in St. Louis (I didn't know the story). Apparently Kendall also messed up her timing but too much and accidentally took first. The mistake was the publicity - much like Rossi - you don't want any attention when you cheat. The difference was - St. Louis had no trouble just disqualifying Kendall due to a lack of photographic evidence - from both her 2015 and 2014 finishes.
And that's the main difference with Rossi/Via. Other people cheat, get caught, don't admit it, but get disqualified and the stories die away. Here - Via refuses to DQ Rossi despite the painfully obvious cheating, which including the total lack of photographic evidence - and the story won't go away. The point being - I agree with boycotting her events, but if you think about it, Barb didn't actually help Rossi, she actually totally screwed him. If she'd disqualified him, this story would have died a long time ago.

This, to me, was one of the most satisfying turn of events in the entire saga. Cecily totally owned Mike. He tried to shame and intimidate her. She subtly but forcefully stood up to him. He came across looking like a complete (and guilty) fool.
Mike .. oh what a tangled web we weave ...
MR doesn't have a huge twitter following because he blocks people for no good reason. And because he's just a random DJ/race cheater.
Looking forward for Mike The Cheat to be brave to her and her husband's faces at some future race. Call her a homewrecker and see what a real injury looks like in the mirror.

We have a new article out on Rossi:http://www.letsrun.com/news/2015/12/mike-rossi-viral-marathon-dad-try-cheat-letsrun-com-10000-thanksgiving-day/We outline why we think it's quite possible he cheated on Thanksgiving and clarify what he needs to do to have a shot at the $10,000 or $100,000.
I can't imagine why anyone would follow Mike Rossi on Twitter, except to laugh at him.
Good work, Rojo. Out of curiosity, did you get any response from Mike or his lawyer?
Minor quibble: the Turkey Trot was not on Thanksgiving Day. It was Saturday.

Language! Tsk tsk. And why the all-caps? So much yelling, so much anger, but why? Because I volunteered before you? Rojo might still pick you, which would make for a cool video: you running 12.5 loops on the track with Mr. Rossi and me, constantly swearing and yelling and insulting us, while I burst out laughing.
Only problem: our hero could lose focus and thus fail to break 20. Then he might send his powerful lawyer after you. Lol.
