Mike, that's so sweet that you are concerned about Ken.
Ken, this is genuine heartfelt advice, give up this shit fight with Mike. The longer it goes on the deeper the hole you're digging yourself and in the process drawing attention to all the negative things about you, past and present.

You tell Mike to apologize to me for accusing me of sleeping at a wedding with no evidence. And then apologize to me for posting negative comments on my business Facebook pages.
Because I he NEVER fallen asleep at a wedding and I never attacked him or East Coast Event Group after we had a falling out.
When that phone call happens I will drop this immediately and get back to my life. Mike made this personal - I didn't.

Haha, this thread seems to attract idiots, he posts a photo of Mike running with a question on it '3:11:45?', gets given the right answer, "Wrong race", which he doesn't like, and then calls the person answering correctly an "IDIOT!", classic. ROLF, irony alright.

He made fun of his running form. Posted a picture of it from boston, then wrote the alleged time he ran at LVM under a picture of him practically walking, inferring that no person with that gait is hitting 3:11 ever. His form is shit by any standard.
Then a person points out that the picture corresponds to Boston, not LVM. Ok. The funny part here is that there are NO PICTURES of his running LVM because he DIDN'T RUN there!
I can't believe this needed to be spelled out for you but there it is.

I am? My DJ company is just getting off the ground. Nobody knows who the fvck I am. I get all my work by one bride telling another. I don't even advertise.
Now Mike works for a 35 ear old company and he has pissed every parent in the Abington School District. He's pissed of a LOT of teachers throughout the Philadelphia area. He's pissed of runners throughout the WORLD. And everyone knows he works for East Coast Event Group. I'm surprised that Bob hasn't fired him already. Unless Bob just doesn't know.
Only time will tell. So far no bride has held my past against me. They have seen my video work and know it's good and when I meet with them I prove that I know how to run a party.
But when Mike cheated his way into the Boston Marathon and then cyber-bullied that school principal he showed what a classless person he is. And that's not something people are going to forget when they hear friend or relatives getting engaged. Everyday in the Philly area some bride is being told to stay away from East Coast Event Group because they employee that guy who harassed the school principal.
And lost sales equal lost referrals, which just equal more lost sales. Mike started a snowball that he can't stop.

OK, of all the incriminating circumstantial evidence presented so far, this stands out to me as the most incriminating:
On his blog he reports that he only ran "well over a thousand miles in 18 months" and "increased" his mileage to an average of 50 per week in preparation for Boston
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Because it is fairly well established that to run your optimum marathon you need to run at least 60 (preferably 70) mpw, then one can safely say that only reaching "an average of 50" will NOT allow you to run the race of your life in an extreme outlier of a performance. Especially for someone who is 47 and has only been running for 3-4 years, and has not had a single previous comparable performance as the marathon in question. There is just no way that happens unless you are an undiscovered rare talent, and there is absolutely no evidence for that being the case with Mr. Rossi of Rydal.
Ladies and gentlemen of the jury....His performance looks very fishy, but I think part of your argument is off base. If you've been running 20-30 miles per week and worked up to averaging 50 you could very well have "the race of your life". It may not be your optimum performance, but it very well could feel like it to you. Any runner is going to see improvement relative to their training. If you've never trained at what is a true optimum level, you're not going to know your ultimate potential. That doesn't mean you couldn't see significant improvement. You probably would. I'm not saying I think he ran 3:11 (my guess is he didn't), but I don't follow half of your argument.Technically you are correct that one could have "the race of your life" by doubling one's mileage. BUT given that he has consistently averaged a bit over 22:00 for a 5K (5 of 6 races between 21:52 and 22:39), we have a good idea what his running potential is EVEN IF he ran max mileage. 1:40 half and 3:40 full are the predicted outcomes given his training and Lehigh aside that's pretty much what he ran.
As for the earlier post about weather, that's yet another factor against a "breakthrough" race. On marathon day in Bethlehem, PA, the starting temp was indeed 62 degrees (with 75% humidity!), and rose to 70 degrees by 10am. Not ideal PR weather.

I am one of the international lurkers in this thread and you seem a bit biased: No, in my perception Ken comes out as a respectable person, the mud slinging rather puts these East Coast Guys in a bad light. On a scale between 0 and 10 for POS to honorable person I give Ken a 7 and Mike 0.

Hey guys I figured everything out.
That number under him was wrong in the picture. He ran 3:11:45 in LVM. There are no pictures of him on the course there, but he ran it all the way.
His gait is definitely that of a 3:11 guy. When he ran in Boston it was over 4:00 because he stopped to give other people tips on their form. The picture you see there is him just demonstrating what not to do ok.
The picture makes not sense because it shows him waddling and says "3:11:45?" as if that gait is not the most beautiful I've ever seen and makes him fully capable of running sub 3 with just 3 mpw.
Hey Mike, you suck at running almost as much as you do in life. Plus your stupid hat and tights are douchey but not nearly as much as A GUY RUNNING A RACE WHILE WEARING A T SHIRT OF HIMSELF RUNNING!!!!!!!!! Plus you take it up the ass I heard.
Wins Mike!

I thought it was just like saying "3:11:45? . . . Really? Are you kidding me?"
His form his horrific. Even if he was injured this is just terrible. His feet stick out like a duck, his knees are knocking, and his feet are actually crossing over. What a mess.
