The idiotic accomplice theory explains nothing while adding unnecessary complication. I have an idea that Ken doesn't understand elementary logic as well as running.

A red herring for sure. Apart from the unnecessary complication, just think how difficult it would be to recruit someone in the first place.

From a recent Runners World article:
The most common methods of cheating are course-cutting and bib-swapping. On some courses, it’s possible to cut off distance on foot, but on others, course-cutting requires the aid of a car, bike, or public transportation. Bib swapping can also take on a variety of forms. Race directors and timers have seen runners get faster athletes to run in their place, runners wearing multiple bibs or chips for the same purpose, and runners splitting up a race (handing off a bib and/or chip midway through).

Because you aren't a runner and don't understand the point of chip swapping you are failing to grasp a very simple point, this being that the only reason to do this would be to hit the intermediate timing mats. As it was known the only mats were at the start and finish this becomes totally pointless.
Added to this, the scope for being spotted becomes high.
Added to this, you no longer are doing this secretly so the potential for being exposed at any time will haunt you.
Added to this you have to find a runner of sufficient pace willing to simply run for you. No doubt you will claim money changed hands, ask yourself the likelihood of finding someone willing to do this, once again your lack of any knowledge regarding running will lead you astray.
Kip Litton managed to hit many of the mats in his many marathons simply by cycling or driving between them, again no accomplice required.

For the reasons Kip Watcher stated and that bib hand-offs are far less common than course-cutting. The Runners World article mentions that bib hand-offs are more likely to occur in sold-out races simply because the bib-holder is unable to run themselves. As someone said before in this thread, you need to invoke Ockham's Razor.
Let's all meet at the mile 26 marker and run across the line at 3:11:45 as a group. Or maybe run across the line at 1:59:59.

Awesome. Let's all finish at 3:11:45. That's a walk, right?

Hi Mike
(I know you're not Mike - it's a joke). But Mike Rossi is posting in this thread. The LVM RD probably can't turn on her computer without a 10 page manual.
It's been fun, but there is just too much negative energy here and too many new a$$holes who post bullshlt and lots of great people who used to post all the time who have left or gone underground. I'm out. Life is too short. I'll be in kona. Hope to see some of you there. Paulo knows how to find me.

I prefer to invoke "covering your ass" as a reason for having somebody run the race for Mike. Beings that we are both in the event industry I can't begin to tell you how important CYA is to people like us. Having no backup plan is DEATH to us. We do t show up to a wedding with one camera. We don't book a wedding unless we know we have another person available in case we can't make it.
You people are thinking like runners. I'm thinking like Mike.
How is Mike considered a "runner" by LRC standards anyway? Why would he think like a runner and not like the douche nozzle pretender he aspires to be?We are talking about the liar, cheater, BQ stealer Mike Rossi after all.

You are assuming it's a friend. My thought proces is that he hired somebody.
How exactly do you go about hiring a stranger to run a BQ for you?

This whole post illustrates why you annoy sink many people here.
You say we can't think because we are runners? We don't understand backup plans even though many of us handle much more complex and high stakes problems than wedding videos?
Give me a break.

I'm saying he hired neither a friend nor stranger. Just an aquintance who needed money or a favor. Perhaps Mike was using a personal trainer to get ready for the race and when he realized he wasn't in shape he employed the help of somebody was.

I'll be open minded and keep whatever you send me confidential...but you should be willing to share it to get some honest critique or feedback if you feel you found some real evidence.

Says the guy who "got behind" in his video editing by two years, and had to be sued by the AG and pay $1,000 restitution to all the couples he swindled.
Did every couple get their $1,000, Kenny?

I drew Mike Rossi out from behind his various screen names. I helped show exactly what kind of scum Mike is. I initiated the FB group that started taking all the evidence private so it could looked at objectively and with proper follow-up. I created a spreadsheet of over 45 runners that Mike should have passed, according to his times, and SarahB's group is using the establish which are the best witnesses. And I gave other runners input with regards to other lines of thinking with evidence that would further prove Mike Cheated.
What have any of you done except sit there and called Mike names and try and troll us into going over each others house and get in a fist fight?
So you just made a copy of a pre existing spreadsheet?
You told us about how Mike Rossi is an assh*le? Ground breaking.
You also made a Facebook page where you kick out anybody who disagrees with you are ridiculous theory.
Also you obsessively talked about Mike's hair plugs, his sleeping on the couch, and why you think has micro penis. Nice.
And then you made about a thousand posts about the wedding industry. He also tried to cover up that you were sued for fraud by the state.
You are the biggest troll here Ken Stillman.
