Even if the odds are similar to winning the Powerball lottery that Mike Rossi actually ran a 3:11, Barb McKeever may feel that Rossi putting up a legal fight just because there isn't absolute proof he didn't run 3:11 is just something the Lehigh Valley just wants to avoid entirely. The decision to NOT DQ (as they've already decided) will ONLY piss off like a group of a couple hundred obsessed runners trolling the Internet (people like us). If you were the Lehigh Valley RD, which group would you rather deal with to put an end to the Rossigate mess and move on?

I thought it was strange that he wasn't DQ'd given how obvious it is that he didn't run a 3:11, but can understand the reluctance given the possible mention of a lawyer.

I say keep digging, it sounds like possible conclusive evidence might be discovered! Feel free to post anything new as a comment on one of the above links, definitely still interested in this story and don't really want to follow this thread too closely, too much drama!
