Remember how kip tried to mAke it look like there was an RD for west Wyoming? Is it possible Rossi is doing the same with an attorney?
Pretending to be an attorney is a bigger deal (if he did). And Could flip the Marathin decision.
Hard work and discipline is what it takes to be a real marathoner.
If you want to be a 3:46 guy you run 15 miles a week, take a quick jaunt on the treadmill in your Hokas, and struggle to get through the distance.
Hey now, I am real. Do you have any photos of me not race directoring?

I don't know any 3:46 marathoners running 15 mpw, that's 400m territory. We are runners Mike Rossi, not ignoramuses. Oh, and btw, YOU SUCK LARGE ROOTS.

Hey Rich Rodriguez!!
Hey, it's nice to get some recognition. I had to move on to coaching football since I was sued for only having water on the course during the race.

At least you had water...
Can someone please repost the link to the image of MR's pre LV Marathon selfie? Thank you.
I fear the lawyer's name may be Robert Hoover or John Blutarsky and the Brojos are now too embarrassed to reveal those names for reason obvious to aficionados.

Perhaps the lawyer told the Brojos that they were on double secret probation.

I have it but I'm away from my home computer. Check back late tomorrow night or Saturday morning.

Can you get me a number 10 and 3000 chicken fajeytas?
This Ken dude is honest and he knows a lot about Mike Rossi. I wouldn't attack Ken here because Ken admitted he had some personal problems (medical) during his selfemployed difficulties and there's no shame in that - he shouldn't be attacked for that - and he eventually made good on it once he got healthy.
With respect to Mike Rossi - we are pushing for the full truth. We want accurate marathon results. It's what we expect in our sport - not for our road races to be treated as a joke. This ain't a Tough Mudder or a Color Run. This is a USATF certified road race marathon (standard marathon distance course measured out and certified) here. It seems Barb McKeever, Lisa Walkiewicz and others have decided to evade their responsibilities as race director/admins (which are to ensure accurate and valid USATF-certified course results). So we all need to take a stand here and step up our game to make them to do the right thing.
I don't think there's any statute of limitations on road race cheating. RD may go back years later and correct the results. The RD at a 10K Kip Litton cheated at did just that.
In an ideal world, I'd love to see any cheating at organized USATF certified competitions treated by local authorities as petty theft larceny or disorderly conduct and dealt with accordingly. All you would need is probable cause to make an arrest. Kip Litton may have actually taken masters prize money in one or two races he cheated in (Rochester NY marathon) so how is that not larceny? Was Rosie Ruiz criminally charged and taken away in handcuffs by police when she cheated at Boston? if you cheat to the point you're taking away the spotlight from other elites, as Rosie did, is that something the police handle and can charge with a crime for? Why is it not the same for USATF-certified road racing competitions?
Why is it that in professional sports, when a fan runs onto an MLB game field in the middle of the baseball game and interupts competition, he/she gets pushed over/tackled IMMEDIATELY and arrested and immediately removed. But in marathoning and road running competitions, if someone did something like that, NOTHING would happen, unless it was to a sub 2:05 marathoner or a world beater (where it actually did sort of happen - some jerk ran out in front of a 2:03 marathoner in the final 50meters or so - that's the ONLY instance I can think of where being a dipshit actually becomes criminal behavior).
you should know that ken gave those same excuses year after year depsite taking new client's money until there was a class action brought against him by like 80 clients.
anyways, who gives a shit about wedding jobs
larceny is not the same as fraud. she could possibly face a fraud charge
people have a right to be near road races its not private property but if you ran and assaulted someone then that is a crime and you should be arrested but enforcement along 26 miles is tougher than tackling somebody running onto a square patch of private property.

I'd post it to their facebook page but don't have a fb account.

Boston takes the time to verify each entrants results but does nothing about blatant cheating used to get those results. If The BAA put more pressure on races like LVM by threatening to revoke their qualifier status, I bet Rossi gets DQed

Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
