Did Mike Rossi (viral marathon dad) cheat his way into Boston?

Mike has gone too far this time.

I want his job to know about it.

He is a liability.

This is so funny that there is some Philly shady gangster-like business war going on here in a forum on elite distance running. Typically only HS/college trackies and HS/college coaches visit this website, but instead due to the Lehigh Rossi scandal we've got a Philly local turf war going on in this forum. It's pretty interesting. Is there any possibility of a fist fight between Ken and Mike at the Broad St 10mile next year?

Why do you people keep using a subject line with the word "did" in it? We all know by now that Mike cheated to get into Boston and the subject line should reflect this.

If you don't want to put the name of the company he works at in the subject line, feel free to take it out, but there hasn't been any question that Mike "did" cheat and lie his way into Boston for the last 6000 posts of this thread.

Mike's probably drunk posting from his phone, at a bar, after his wife kicked him out of the house. That's why he's so angry and bitter.

Very little chance. I'm fat and I have a heart condition, so odds of me at a running event are slim. And if I did show up Im pretty sure I'd have more runner friends than Mike and they would intervene if Mike took a swing at me.

Don't forget to mention him "liking" the photos of the 9 year old (or whatever age) girl of one of his ex-Facebook friends. It may be hard to prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that Mike is the one making all of these posts but we know for a fact that he did that and it shows precedence.

I just want to remind everyone that our goal today should be to make sure Rossi does't drag down an innocent company with his bad press from the principal's letter and the cheating scandal.

Give me a break Mike, few runners show up to a marathon start line completely healthy. I ran my last marathon with a torn hamstring and I'm sure many on the site have done something comparable. And when I say ran, I mean all out PR pace, you didn't run 100% in Boston. My problem with you is that you never should have even had that opportunity, you stole a dream away from someone who actually trained hard and BQed

Mike - it's more than obvious you want this thread to die down. Share the photos and it will stop, trust me. Let's say you don't have access to the photos for whatever reason; then please provide ANY evidence that you ran the course. I'm sure as a reasonable person you can understand it's just about impossible for a running community to believe you would have been capable of a 3:11. It's also impossible to believe you have nothing shareable to back up your time. It's that simple, why all the circle jerk? Post something credible on your blog and end this, otherwise you're just a f***ing lying coward.

It has turned out to be a wedding worker fight. We've got Mike (wedding DJ), this guy Ken (wedding photographer), and now we find that one of the protagonists, GregTR is also a wedding photographer.

When is Adam Sandler going to step into the picture.

Yes he did steal a spot from someone who actually ran a BQ time. When you take something that isn't yours it's called stealing. Hundreds of people barely hit the qualifying time each year but don't get in because of "faster" qualifiers in their age group. Mike drove the course to be "given a BQ" as he would put it. Don't try to twist the truth, it's 100% highway robbery, literally. Also this MRI rubbish is worthless when it comes to the DQ. If Mike has any shred of evidence he was on that course other than at the start and finish he would post it and stop the house of cards from crashing down.

Did we really have someone call someone's child a "retard"? That's worse than cheating at a marathon. That's worse than falsely accusing someone of cheating at a marathon. That's even worse than posting an Animal House quote on a message board.

I actually do have the MRI write up but don't feel the need to post it. Miraculously, there were pictures of me all over the course unlike Mike and they are on FB if you really care which I doubt you do. And because of cheaters like Mike the cutoff time gets moved, so yes he did steal someones spot along with all of the other cheaters.
