how is it possible that this thread is actually gaining momentum and accelerating in posting when nothing is actually happening?

Guys this thread is so amazing. I have read every post of this thread. Never stop commenting until Rossi is DQ'ed. I can't be the only one following but not commenting. Until now.
I always hated LetsRun cause the boards looked scrub but this thread has changed my opinion. The rollercoaster ride of The Accusation, The Research, More Research, The Proof, THE DOG BEING BODY SLAMMED, The Waiting, The Decision, The Lawyers, The Denial, I AM MIKE ROSSI, The Trolls The Relentless Pursuit of Justice Against All Odds.
It has brought me hours of pure enjoyment watching the twist and turns that this thread has taken. Beautiful and well done to all. Except the POS Rossi.
Did you mean "I am Rossi"?

I would say largely due to misplaced lame efforts to stop the thread, including guilting people about posting, weird attempts to deflect, etc. Really just inane stuff. Mostly Mike Rossi supporters, Mike Rossi or trolls who know that Mike Rossiesque posts generate more responses.
If it was just people posting "Mike Rossi Cheated", the thread would likely have died a long long time ago.
This actually makes me torn between two possibilities: Mike Rossi enjoying this, so posting to keep it going, or being too stupid to leave it alone.**
Ah well. It goes on.
**Note: Mike Rossi enjoying this does not preclude him from also being stupid.
10000 posts is coming jon snow wrote:
I predict this thread will reach 10000 posts by July 1. Even though the thread has not trained for it or done the work
as my prediction grows closer to reality, and the thread now brings Marcia Brady into this, who is a fair maiden I might add, I now believe it helpful to point out that:
MR has red hair ... Melisandre has red hair
Tyrion: "I'm all for cheating, this is war"
Tyrion Lannister: How long does it go on?
Cersei Lannister: Until we've dealt with all our enemies.
Tyrion Lannister: Every time we deal with an enemy, we create two more.
Cersei Lannister: Then I suppose it will go on for quite a long time.
This thread will be the thread to end all threads, it will be the undoing of us all.
You know nothing Jon Snow.

It is actually becomes an interesting case study of how people deal with things on the internet.
some are obsessed
some are genuinely interested in seeing him dq'ed but not obsessed
some are trolls
6067 and about 1/6th of those are not redundant and have substance.
At least it's not about liberals and conservatives

The thread is putting up about 1000 posts a week, even faster at times.
However, as some posts are deleted not all posts show up. So it is actually even faster than it appears. If he were to run another race, the thread would accelerate. It is fascinating. It just needs the occasional kickstart to keep the acceleration on.
By the way I am convinced he is innocent and ran the time. I calculated his height and profile sizing and then looked at this running style. If you look at his finish video from Lehigh he drafts directly behind the finisher in front of him who was taller and bigger. It is hard to see him at the finish as he is blocked out by the person he is drafting. Not making this up watch the video. I think that is the same visual effect that explains lack of photos, he was drafting and invisible to the photographer until photographer had pointed the camera further along. Look at the video before you flame the theory.

I see Rosie Kip Rossi is still listed as 5th in 45-49 AG at the LVM and not DQ'd yet. If awards were given to the top five in each AG he also stole that 5th place award from Craig Adler listed as 6th in the 45-49 AG. Sorry if this has already been discussed.
Who on freaking earth cares about a 5th place AG award for a 3:15 marathon? Find Craig Adler and ask him if he's heard of Mike Rossi and if he has I bet he doesn't give two shitz about a 5th place award. Why does a medium sized race go 5 deep in each age group, it's ridiculous. He already got a finishers medal which is basically a grown ups participation ribbon...isn't that enough?

There should be two age groups:
Masters
non-Masters
AG awards are not very cool
The people who finish 5th in their AG at a marathon usually care the most about AG awards. There is a good chance that Craig Adler would be very, very interested to hear that he got cheated out of an award and I think it is likely that he would want to contact the LVM RD if he did know about the Mike Rossi cheating.
Maybe Mr. Craig Adler would be very, very interested in you and others just not mention his name on this particular forum.
just say the true 5th place winner
btw what color is a 5th place medal?
gold
silver
bronze
milk chocolate
???
For checkpoint #3 (195/200), could the other 4 be found with the lost and found photos added, or was that already done? Also, could they already be in a photo but their bib is obscured and they could be identified by their faces?
Where is this sucker?I want HIM answer. This is only addresses to HIM.I find his comments disgusting.Nobody else needs to respond.Thank you.

It was all Marcia's fault.
She wandered outside, not paying attention, with her panties all wet from talking on the phone with Doug Simpson (the big man on campus).
And instead of paying attention to the hazards and horseplay that come with having a backyard covered in AstroTurf™, she was thinking about how good Doug's big, throbbing school ring would feel on the chain around her neck when he took her to the next school dance.

They were genuinely missed by the photographer. The photos are all time stamped and numerically ordered, so there don't appear to be any missing photos. It isn't surprising some were missed completely, since in the bridge sequence there are many more long-focus shots, where you can see a good 200 yards of the course and identify people in the distance by their outfits. What likely happened at the #3 checkpoint is that the photographer on a few occasions decided to zoom in on one runner, and not the runner directly beside him, who remained out of frame. In one case you can actually see the shadow of another runner who isn't otherwise accounted for. Rossi? Only the shadow knows...
I apologize for my rude and disgusting comments about a fictional TV character. Because of my inappropriate remarks I feel it is in the best interest of everyone that I step down as president of the Davey Jones Fan Club.
Forgive me, Marcia and Davey.

Thank you for the apology LoserMikeRossi !!!
You admitted what you did was disgusting and wrong.
You aren't so bad after all.
Thanks. I forgot about looking by the roll and not the bib, it has been awhile since I looked at them.
The shadow can only be Rossi if it is the shadow of a car.
