Oh, I see you are now familiar with the term "long run."
You should do one every week. After several years of training, you might even run a 3:11

I should note that I did in fact run more than this supposed 15 miles a week. I am no stranger to hard work.
In fact, I ran 20 miles a week! Moreover, 5 of those were hard intervals in Hokas on a treadmill no less.
Do you have any idea how much harder it is to run up a .5% incline with squishy shoes? Of course you don't . . . you can't run like Rossi baby!

Carry on.
Actually it still does work. But for high profile victims Google will remove it. But the average citizen could never get it removed. Look up the recent incident where somebody made it so if you typed "ni**a house" into Google Maps it would bring up the White House.
It's gone now, and so is the incident of the words "miserable failure" directing people to the George W. Bush bio page on the White House website.
But that's for the president, who probably has the NSA monitoring this page right now. LOL
The only Facts that I know in this case...
-He Started the Marathon
-He Finished the Marathon.
-The timing device recorded his chip time as 3:11
-He has a picture finishing
-He didn't get his picture taken one time on the course
As far as that marathon that are the facts as I know them.
I know literally 100's of Race Directors I can honestly say maybe a dozen would DQ him. I am actually on a Race Director/Timing forum and most say that he probably didn't do the entire course but wouldn't DQ him because of the headaches that come with that.

First of all, shame on your for biting I am Rossi's brilliance.
Second of all, name the Race Director/Timing forum within 2 minutes of this being posted.
I will join said forum and ask them myself.
Do it or you lied.
Shoot me your name and I will gladly add you on Facebook to the group.
This is actually a great group that I am not going to add tons of people to just so they can argue with others...
If you know 100's of Race Directors, and only a dozen would DQ, then you should have no problem providing your info. The 95% of RDs would be standing behind you.
Which forum?

http://competitivetiming.com/forums/forum/race-directors/race-directors-2/
http://www.tristateracer.com/RaceDirector/race.php?RaceID=1719
??????????????

Kind sir,
You may forward me an invitation. I would be happy to speak with the hundreds of race directors who know justice and would back me up against these hooligans.
Also, it would be great if you could like one of my selfies while you are there.
If your going to be an ass then just move along. I simply asked for your name so that I can add you on a Facebook group.
I am not going to play your stupid internet games though...

Indeed, if those were the only facts, then it wouldn't be clear whether Mr. Rossi should be DQ'd. But those aren't the only facts - for example there is the fact that every other runner had their picture taken on the course, and the fact that there were three photo checkpoints that captured all of the 20 runners who finished closest to Mr. Rossi, etc.
Much of the frustration with the RD's decision not to disqualify Mr. Rossi is precisely the feeling that, like you, the RD must not have taken the time to fully evaluate the evidence. This speaks to a lack of concern with the integrity of our sport.

Wait a second. First you claim insufficient evidence. I ask you for examples of sufficient evidence. And then you post nothing like it. Good work.
I smell a troll!!!

Kind sir,
I wrote to you as a gentleman and I hope you can respond to me in kind. I believe you know my name. I assure I am not one of these hooligans.
Moreover, this is no internet game . . .
THIS IS LEGEND!
Ha... I apologize then.
I really could care less honestly but I am amazed at the hatred on this thread if you give an opinion....
I guess I know when to leave. lol
If this really is Mike Rossi, can you just answer one honest question? What's behind this choice of words?
"- I also run races, and have never been convicted of any type of cheating in my running career. "
instead of
"- I also run races and have never cheated in any way in my running career,"
or
"- I also run races and have never committed any type of cheating in my running career."

If modern science and philosophy can agree on any one axiom, it is that it takes one to know one.
In other words, you got a little pp
I am not disputing that. It is small, indeed. Oh well.
Did you see how he crafted his statement to mirror what any of the fervent people on this thread could say of themselves?
Unless any of the people here have been convicted of cheating, then is applies to the widest net of people while being true of himself - it is a fact that he has not been convicted of cheating by any sanctioning body. There is no dispute there.
Yet there is no yet a consensus among all parties involved that he did cheat. So it is not a "fact."

Can you add me?
Are most of the posts in defense of Rossi that we've seen in the past couple of weeks from the cheater himself?

Thank you sir.
While everything you said is true, I must state that I did not "craft" anything. It is simply the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
Especially the part about looking GOOOD
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
