Hi Mike!

I am glad that this was able to come to a reasonable resolution!
Great work with the video. While it does not add to the evidence, it does put it in a user-friendly format that makes the decision look all the more absurd and it is nice to be able to post a link to a YouTube video instead of asking people to click through so many photos.
I hate to ask for more but I have to admit that I would find a video of the photos from the bike path to be even better because the runners are spread out and it is closer to the finish, so the time range when he should pass through is even narrower. Also you can see farther behind the runners and you get the best sense that nobody snuck by without being photographed.
Of course none of this matters much. The race director knows he cheated. She's just derelict in her duty to handle it.
Of course it's useless, but I guess there's value in keeping the thread going. Once his kids are old enough to realize he cheated they are going to read this thread. Mike, remember you did this to yourself.
This thread is now 30...and now 29...posts behind down goes the dow.
Well done MR. Your cheating has put you into LRC infamy. Just can't have been worth it?? Unless you had no self respect or pride to begin with, I guess.
The positive side affect for me is that I no longer want to run Boston. I don't want to be part of something that attracts people like you, MR, to do what you did and then be able to gloat and get way with it. I'm done.
"The LVHN Via Marathon has not received any reports from the more 2,500 race participants, thousands of spectators, and more than 600 volunteers, course marshals, security personnel, medical personnel or race officials on the course of any wrong doing by any runner."
This is probably the most troublesome part of this whole investigation. The race states this as if to imply they interviewed all 2,500 racers and thousands of spectators, and 600 volunteers. But they didn't. And even if they did, what does it prove? A good cheater would never be seen leaving or entering the course. Just like nobody saw any member of the Patriots staff deflate those footballs. But that doesn't mean it didn't happen.
Has anybody who ran the race been contacted by phone and asked about it? Did the race put anything on their FB page or website asking a spectator to come forward if they saw anything? No. So this statement is simply based on the fact that nobody reported any wrong-doing on the day of the race.
What really should happen is we should create our own investigative team. Look at all the start times and all the finish times and figure out who Mike Rossi would have passed during the race. Mike started pretty late in the pack (7:10:31) and finished at a time faster than most racers. He would have passed a hundred or more people at some point during the race. We can contact those people and ask them if they saw Mike Rossi pass them at any point during the race.
Besides the photographic evidence, if we can get dozens of people to verify that Mike never passed them, maybe the RD will finally have the proof they need, but didn't take the time to acquire themselves.

Unfortunately they're old enough now to realize and read this thread.

Really, one out of 30,000 allegedly cheats and that's your reason you don't want to run Boston? I bet it's because you can't qualify. I no longer want to win Le Tour because Lance cheated. You are a whiney ass melodramatic bitch. Talk about overreacting.
Oh hi Mike
I like Mike. He may be a cheat and douche, and a slow runner to boot, but this thread has been very entertaining.

You can, so by all means go for it, and if you do I'll be the first to congratulate you on a job well done. If fact you could spend your time doing that, rather than posting here two or three times per page, and then come back to us with your results. Good luck.
Do you want to know how I know you are mentally ill?
You seem to think that people would want to work with you on this.
We all love coming on here for poops and giggles.
Only demented losers like you actually think you are saving the world by giving two craps about this.
If Mike is reading this, I'm sure he derives great comfort from knowing he is still upsetting nutters like you.
It's not Mike Rossi's fault you have no life. Quit projecting.
Not a good sign ... We're starting to turn on each other. Darn you Rojo for wimping out and not publishing your article.
Do you still wet the bed?
Enjoy starting fires?
Like torturing small animals?
Hear voices?
So 15 of the top 200 runners did not have a photo taken of them in this sequence.
Has this information been posted to the cheating blog so Rossi can be further exonerated?
Case Closed

MIKE ROSSI - since you obviously read this board given that you called your attorney yesterday regarding an innocuous quote from the movie Animal House, I want to take the opportunity to call your bluff and see how truthful you are. You mentioned several times, captured here -
http://imgur.com/a/i5ZqU, that you are willing to share your MRI to prove that you are in fact injured. An individual's words are only as good as their action to back up those words. So, I am respectively requesting that you please provide a copy of your MRI and technician's or Dr. Richard Goldberg's report with the diagnosis.
If you choose not to fulfill your prior offer, I think that will not only speak volumes, but also confirm many of the allegations about your character.
MIKE - where is the MRI?

LRC - you should apologize to and bring back Abington Runner. He did nothing wrong and has always been a logical and respectful contributor in this forum. Everyone knows he was joking and it was an excellent joke at that.

I was right. Mike contacted the photography company and they went and contacted Youtube because the photos are copyrighted.
More proof that Mike is reading this thread and trying to control the damage. But the truth is that Google is going to crawl this site and index every page and eventually people won't be able to Google Mike Rossi, Via Marathon or East Coast Event Group without seeing a dozen results that link to this site or one of the other news stories or blogs that we've been linking to.
You can't control what Google indexes, Mike.
