Oh good grief! First of all, it's over. Secondly, none of that would have happened. LVM is not TMZ with an army of lawyers to fight lawsuits. Rossi would have had no case, but just the threat that they'd have to spend their limited time and money was enough to make them back off. What would they gain by DQing him anyway? If there had been a case, it would have been about the legalities of DQing him and whether they damaged him by doing so, not a CSI criminal investigation of phone records and GPS logs.
