Watch your mouth mister. Our hero is known for its high mileage weeks. His 15 miles per week are carefully organised as follows:
Monday - social network day, posts on twitter, strava, instagram, and facebook. no less than 2 hrs.
Tuesday - easy day, 3 miles in 30 minutes.
Wednesday - AM WORKOUT OF THE DAY - "SPEED" aka 3 miles @ 8:00.
Wednesday - PM COVERAGE OF WORKOUT OF THE DAY on social networks
Thursday - recovery day, 3 miles in 35 minutes.
Friday - day off - FAMILY TIME AM, COVERAGE OF FAMILY TIME PM
Saturday - easy day, 3 miles in 30 minutes.
Sunday - Long run day. 3 miles planned, BUT 6 miles total! Why? Because miles are earned, never given. Never given.
