I followed the thread from it's inception to the time VIA announced they wouldn't DQ Mr. Rossi, however it seems a hell of a lot more has happened since then.
I don't think anyone helped answer your question. I don't know all of the details but here goes.
Ken is a rival DJ of Mike's who thinks he cheated.
Cecily is a weather reporter on TV in philly who is a pretty good runner who also thinks mike cheated.
Both have been public in their calling out of mike.
I'm sure someone else can give you a better answer.
Ken had an intense hatred of Mike .. seemed to stem from an incident where Mike accused Ken of sleeping on the job. Ken showed flashes of intelligence and wit, but destroyed his impact with nonsensical attacks on Mike's wife and kids. He also had a creepy infatuation with Cecily. Nevertheless, I was fond of the guy for some strange reason -- I think because, despite his flaws, he was still an overall better human being than Mike Rossi.
Cecily merely questioned Mike's time in a rather benign manner. Mike proceeded to attack her as a home wrecker (if I recall correctly, she and her husband were both previously married). Cecily devastated him numerous times with subtle zingers that basically made Mike look like a complete fool. Mike's attempts at getting back at her only made him look more pathetic and more guilty. (Cecily is a Philly meterologist/weatherperson who has run well under 3 hours -- has about 50 times as many Twitter followers as Mike, so he is insanely jealous of her.)
Mike somehow got Inside Edition to stage some sort of Hall of Shame game and they tricked Ken into participating. They proceeded to humiliate him over wedding videos that he never finished or was late on.
Ken partially owned his failure regarding the videos on this board prior to that, but never truly came clean about why he continued to take couple's money when he had a big backlog of unfinished videos. He disappeared completely after the Inside Edition show aired.
