Ford Fiesta lets everyone around you know that you "have arrived."
Used Camry
One of those hummer cars like Arnold drives. Or a high-chair truck.
If you've truly arrived you don't need a car. Just use a limousine service..
Hard to find,Meir I recommend a used Gremlin.
The first question is: Have you actually "arrived?" Or do you simply want people to know that? Are you comfortable spending $75k on a car? And if you are, is that a smart move for you?
Some people have done a great job guiding people's perceptions into greater success. Hugh Heffner is a great example -- he broadcasted swanky parties and drove a luxury car when he had no money, thinking (correctly) he needed to represent his magazine's brand himself. But for most of us, leveraging our credit and last dollar into possessions makes little financial sense. The wealthiest friend I have drives a GTI. Not a fancy ride and has a few hundred K in the bank. I respect him for that. Another friend makes $70k but has a big house and two $50k cars -- statistics say he'll regret living like that.
That said, assuming you're male and 28-40, my vote goes Maserati Ghibli to impress women, friends and colleagues. Not the smartest purchase in that $75k range but probably the biggest head turner. If you're ready to spend more, you go Porsche and then you go Ferrari.
Dodge Stratus
BMW used to be the car of choice for self-involved douchenozzles who define themselves by their car, but Audi is coming on fast in that category. You should be fine with either one of those.
Sure, German cars are nice from an engineering point of view but they don't exactly project manliness. I like my cars a bit more bold/masculine.
As another poster pointed out, hummers were great as long as they were built, now you can't go wrong with an f-250 or RAM.
Whatever you do, don't get a hybrid....lol

Your wiener must be even smaller than I thought.
BMW 6 series. More interesting styling than the 3, 5, or 7.
Tesla is an amazing machine. But the wait list is pretty long.
If you want a sports car, Alfa Romeo is returning to the US with a pretty spiffy coupe.
If you had arrived someone else would have bought the car
If you've truly arrived it doesn't matter what car you drive.
If you have arrived, you should have a Tesla or a Bentley.
A POS shitbox with a license plate from your preeminent alma mater. Or . . .
a Ferrari F50.
Otherwise, what is the point? There are too many yuppy tool-mobiles on the road as it is.
Anything colorful and noisy should let your bosses know that you showed up for work. What job do you have where nobody knows you're there unless they see your car? Janitor?
I found a picture of X-Fit guy and his car.

Wait for Google driverless cars to become the standard. Get a piece of junk until then.
