The harsh reality is that if you're more concerned about your race than your alcohol addiction then you're not going to stop. Carry on as you have been for the last decade, and I hope that one day you'll wake up with the willingness to set your priorities straight.
If you are truly concerned about your well being then my advice, from experience, would be to ask for help. Ask in real life and not where your anonymity is protected by this forum. Swallow your pride, tell your parents what's going on, tell your work that you are sick and check yourself into a detox, if possible stick around for a rehabilitation program.
You'll get more information in a detox and/or rehab and will be able to decide for yourself what to do from there. I am a runner and have been in recovery, via a 12-step fellowship, for 9 years. I'm not going to waste my time defending AA/NA on LetsRun but will check back in case the OP has any specific questions.
Best of luck to you my friend, addiction is a serious, life threatening illness and I hope you make it through it. Please remember that you have plenty of races ahead of you, and they can all feel more manageable, but treating this issue has to come first.
