800 into the 2nd leg and it's down to 3 teams. Stanford, Nova and Gtown. Gtown is barely hanging on.
Jessica Tonn is breaking it open on the 2nd leg.
Roughly 4:20ish. She gave Cranny a 3 second leg on UNC. 3rd place is probably another 5 seconds behind 2nd. Cranny should go out hard.
Georgetown, Indiana an dPrinceton are 3-4-5..
800 into leg 3 and Cranny still had the 3 second lead. now starting to add to it.
Thanks for the updates!
As is often the case, the women's 4 x 1500 is turning out to be pretty anticlimatic. Cranny announced at 416 and the lead is huge. 60 meters or so.
Claudia Saunders is anchoring for Stanford.
What happened to Nova?
1st 2nd and 3rd are all separated by about 50 meters between all of them.
Stanford, UNC, Georgetown.
THis thing is over. THe UNC girl is now gaining but there is no way Saunders blows this. Shes 3 seconds up with 300 to go.
Maybe not. THe UNC girl is only 2 seconds back with 200 to go.
Saunders FTW.
Saunders 424
Stanford 1727
UNC 1730
Getown 1736
Dartmouth 1800
Indiana 1800
Cranny, "It was hard (to run in no man's land) but when you have that stick in your hand and are running for you team" you get the job done.

America!!!
Gregorek 10th after 300. Now moving up. Not in a good spot. HE's running way wide. He's in lane 3. He's 3 abreast moving up.
57 high first lap.
Fish of Columbia in lead at 800. Nova right behind, Then Indiana nd Stafnord, then Lasallae and Oregon.
156 for 800.
256 leadoff. Oklahoma hands off in the lad. Then Columbia and then Oregon. THe Indiana.
Georgteown again messes up. Man they always have trouble at Penn. Stumble after first exchange
Start of 800 leg. IT's IU, Oregon, COlumbai 1-2-3. Ten a slight gap to 4th (binghamton) and Nova. Those are your top 5.
Columbia hsa the lead heaing into anchor. Chese is at least 10 meters back. He's catching them and does at 300.
Top 3 teams are clear. Columbia, Oregon, Indiana. THen it's about a 10 meter gap to Nova. So we don't get to see WIlaimz versus Ches heads up.
I gotta admit the announcing is bad in the sense that no one is giving out any splits. Stopwatch people. I can't type and do a stopwatch at the same time.
5 teams bunched with 600 to go. Columbia, Oregon, Nova, IU and Stanford.
I wonder what happens next...
