Ritz and Meb side by side at the front.
Both look very comfortable. I think they are running very consistently and letting others surge and fade.
Smart running?

It is gonna suck to watch Ritz and Meb get smoked in the last 3 miles but this is exciting right now!

Thank you. we debated doing a radio broadcast of the race.
How long do we have to wait until we can watch live marathons with proper commentary? It's the same complaint every race. I like the idea of a radio broadcast- that way we can watch the video feed on mute and never listen to a word from Larry Rawson.
Trautwig just said a finger of rain is passing through Boston????

RITZ IS BACK BABY!
drinking from that straw like a baws
9 women still up there is crazy. Desi looks great. I was thinking everyone else except for Dibaba looked kind of ragged but now it looks like a downhill and everyone looks ok.

A move is about to happen-let's go to commercial
I joked with Toni Reavi s- who is dioong the local tv - yesterday, "Good luck and be sure you miss the break."
He said, "Don't worry. We always do."
It amazes me.

Sadly, this is what's in all of our heads.
Ritz throws off the gloves, he's ready to really RACE now!! Drop these chumps like Alan Webb and Ryan Hall at 2000 Footlocker.
Projected 2h09'22" at 30k and with the hills coming, huh...
10 men still in lead pack.
In the media room they noted the last 3 men to win Boston are still in the lead pack.
I'm a little worried about Dibaba, the small woman in red. Doesn't look like she's working hard yet.
Sorry if I missed this earlier in the thread, but does anyone know the last year both men's and women's winners at Boston were American?
Desi is accelerating...splits splits splits please!
Oops, and there goes Dibaba
This is it. Mare Dibaba has made her break just past BC. The pack is stringing out.
Mare Dibaba lays the hammer down.
Here comes Didoper!
Holy crap she's probably 5:0x pace
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
