It would be more correct to say nobody cares about your post.

There goes Ritz again!
Did Teg drop out?
Now they need to just let him go and meb needs to make sure they don't chase after him until 30k
Go Desi!
Ritz didn't sprint the opening mile like the Africans. He held back a little. Maybe the Africans are regretting some of those opening miles now that they're in the hills. But there's a lot of racing left. About 50 minutes of hard running to go.
ritz please just tuck in the pack and save it for ten miles down the road...
Des looks like she wants to punch every other runner in the face. She looks so damn strong.
Just before it cut to a commercial, looked like Shalane was working hard to catch back up. Maybe she'll do it. Desi still leading.
Ritz must be hopped up on some strong L-carnitine!!
Ritz leading, pack of 11 ... so we lost Tadese. He made it to 13.1 and that is his specialty.
Men’s Splits
Mile 1: 4:39
Mile 2: 4:48 (9:27)
Mile 3: 4:44 (14:11)
5K: 14:44
Mile 4:42 (18:55) … Tadese Tola pulling away from the rest of the pack
Mile 5: 4:53 (23:48) … Tola and Tsegay leading just ahead of the group. Meb and Arciniaga in there with Ritz at the very back of the pack.
Mile 6: 4:51 (28:39) … Desisa/Tsegay leading … pack getting spread out
10K: 29:42
Mile 7: 5:05 (33:45) … Slowed down and everyone is bunched up again and Teg caught back up. Teg, Ritz, Meb, Arciniaga all in there with a pack of about 15ish (just eye balling).
Mile 8: 5:03 (38:44)
Mile 9: 4:44 (43:28) … Desisa out pushing now, Chebet in 2nd, Korir, Tsegay, Meb only American still with the lead pack. … Desisa is now putting a bit of a gap on the pack.
15K: 44:57
Mile 10: 4:42 (48:10)… Desisa still out front pushing, Tola leading chase pack which has Tsegay, Chebet, Meb
Mile 11: 4:45 (52:56)… Tola has caught up to Desisa and they are running together with a gap to the rest of the pack … Chebet working to catch those two
Mile 12: 5:16 (58:10) … Desisa still leading, but everyone has caught up and running together as a pack again, Meb right in the thick of it. … 11 men in lead pack, Tola leading with Desisa drafting off him.
20K: 1:00:27
Mile 13: 5:12 (1:03:27) … Tsegay was pushing the pace out front, but Ritz caught back up to the back of pack. So 12 in lead pack now. Ritz leading now.
Half: 1:04:00 … Zersenay Tadese still in it. Has he ever made it this far with the leaders in a marathon? I'm only sort of joking.
Mile 14: 4:57 (1:08:23)… Ritz is breaking this open with Tsegay the only guy going with him. … We heard from a friend of Ritz yesterday that he was going to "run his own race" and looks like that's what he's doing. Didn't go with the pack when they sped up and went by them when they slowed down.
Mile 15: 5:00 (1:13:24) … Ritz still leading, but the pack has caught up.

Nope. 1:00 back at 25k.
I would rather have the Brojos commentate this.
I love Des Linden. She is prepared, steady, sticks to the plan, and ducks the build up to focus on running
Ritz has obviously recently been visiting some Kenyan back rooms!
