How can you tell, I only see the wheelchair athletes.

The women's pace is picking up. I would expect women to start dropping in the next mile or two.
Desisa still out front pushing, Tola leading chase pack which has Tsegay, Chebet, Meb

Hahahaha +1
Desisa out front,
Tola Chebet Tsegay Meg Appril and Gebre who has come back are all giving chase. Agreed with guy who said April (Lesotho?) looks good
Tola closing on Des... only at 49 minutes and there's a breakaway

POD so far.
And what was the first thing wheelchair winner said when official just asked how it was out there: "Windy "
There has been some classicly bad commentary by Trautwig.
He said Desi leading reminded hiim of Ryan Hall. Why? Hall led at a fast pace. Linden is leading a slow race - 2:25 race.
He then just said Meb was struggling and they went to the truck where the guy said Meb looked good - he just wasn't going to lead.
Cragg is about done. She looks like she's sprinting to keep up.
Tola has caught up to Desisa and they are running together with a gap to the rest of the pack … Chebet working to catch those two

Well to be fair Meb does look like he's sprinting....
When looking at the wheel chair racers "boy is he rollin now".
Gah.

Lusapho April not Lesotho
Really not that much to report through 14 miles in women's race. Still 12 women in the lead pack. Desi/Kilel at the front.

Thanks.
Also, Tola/Desisa/Gebre trio at front with others still hanging on well, including Meb
4:45 11th mile split, but Desisa still leading with everyone has caught up and running together as a pack again, Meb right in the thick of it.
Weird everyone caught up with a mile that fast. Maybe downhill?
Any news on Sage Canaday?
Can't get 15k splits on anyone outside the top 10. Anyone have them?
Tadese falling off the pace now, couldn't see who else was falling off with him before they cut away.
A lot of these guys look like they are hurting pretty badly for not even being an hour into the race. I feel like some of them might be in for a rude awakening when they reach the newton hills.

He said that as they went by Wellesley. Hall led through there and fed off the crowd and cupped his hand to his ear to get the girls to scream louder. I thought Traut was going to mention that.
