Idris got beaten twice by Caleb. Idris beat him once. Caleb won the DL series.
its fair to say idris ran the most impressive 5000m time last year, and he won very well. He also didn't race as often as Caleb did, and he also was beaten in all but one of those 5000m races.
None of ^this^ matters much. Idris' form over 5000m last summer doesn't tell you, or anyone else, what kind of 5000m form GKK is in this year after his XC race.
