This season will be known as the "Great NOP Plague of 2015," what is this, the 5th runner to be a little 'sick' recently? Not 100%? Rupp, Cain, Rowbury, Centro last week, I feel like everyone has the excuse of being deathly ill this season. Oregon is like one of the best off states in terms of winter weather this year.
It has been mild here in Seattle, and at least half of everyone I know has been very sick at some point with respiratory illness. I was out for two weeks, tried to come back for two, leading to two more out. I have decided to just start over, not pushing any training. I can't imagine trying to race with this crud.
I have no dog in the NOP conspiracy theories, like Alberto's coaching but not his personal style.
