The last line is an "assumption" you made. If you are claiming other unsubstantiated comments are untrue, then you need to be called out for committing the same sin.
I am not calling people out for making assumptions. I am calling people out for making flat out lies based on a photo that clearly shows no signs of texting. My assumption of innocence is based on facts from a news story.
Do you understand the difference between "making assumptions" and "making unsubstantiated comments"? Because there is a huge difference. An example of making and unsubstantiated comment is "Jenner is in police custody" or "Can't you see him looking at his phone in the pics? Could be his compact also I guess" or "Jenner looking at the phone caused a non-deadly accident to become a deadly accident". (quotes all taken from this thread).
Saying that "according to a news report, jenner hit a car that just hit another car that was stopped in the middle of traffic or a currently unknown reason" would mean jenner is not at fault is a pretty reasonable statement to make.
