Lagat 3:51 next week.
Lagat 3:51 next week.
I have no idea what Lagat could run for a mile now. 3:54? I'll go with that.

His one mile split was 5 seconds faster than today's master mile winner.
did i hear correctly that he was hoping to also set the mile master's WR as an intermediate split in this race?
Let's go, Jenny!

You heard it, but it wasn't correctly. The WR is 3:58.xx both indoors and out. I don't know where the guy got that 4:11 from.
Almost a false start! Yikes!

Dear Jenny Simpson,
You talk way too much.
That being said, I am officially done disliking you. :)
Amazing run.
Huge AR for Jenny. Nice to erase another from Regina Jacobs.
Did you see the way she was touching the interviewer's (Ato Bolden) chest and shoulders? Ooh lala!
is the meet site down? trying to see results and page won't load....

For what it's worth there was a bingo on the far left side of Daily Relay's board — “execute” in the men’s 60m post-race interview, commercial break during the 1200 start of the women’s DMR, meet record (and world record) in women’s DMR, NB Ireland got lapped, and there’s a cut of Jenny Simpson saying “race plan” in her promo before the men’s 3K.

Last year in this race, American Kim Conley won by 6+ seconds. Her time? 5:41.10. It’s worth noting that Emma Coburn ran 6.09 seconds faster this year than last but finished a spot lower. Last year, Coburn ran 5:47.20 for second.
I feel like I need an LSAT coach to help me figure out what place Coburn got.

Yikes! That is 5:41 mile pace for less than a mile. Hobby jogger
Weak event and record; Elite women's DMR should not be run slower than 10:38 indoors

I last heard his voice around 1:40 mountain time during the broadcast on USATV.tv.
How did he get to Boston in time to announce for this meet which started at 4:00 mountain time?
it's called a telephone.
thanks
That is 3:14.32, actually.
