That's like the third time in this past year.
He must be training very hard to kill his immune system like that.
If I was the competition I'd be scared

No it's not
He does have 3 young children so that may be a factor in him getting 'sick' a lot...Second, Mo seems to get hyped for races than is forced to withdraw due to injury or illness...Third, some of his instagram pics seemed a little suspect if he was apparently sick (granted a few of the most recent pics were throwbacks from years past..)
Having kids doesn't explain why he passes out all the time
Google Poiseuille's Equation. Specifically, look at the effect of increased viscosity in relation to flow dynamics.
Heard he did go to get a flu shot. They were gonna be closing up so he ran to the flu shot clinic...of course, he fell down, about 20 meters short of the door and never got his flu shot.

He didn't have flu when he missed the Commonwealths. If he was American someone would be impressed if he ran 14 mins in some fun run and then claim he was on the comeback trail
Dude runs 110+ miles a week in the awful weather of the Pacific NW, no wonder he is sick. Not to mention the cess pool of a home in which he lives with his kids.
He will show up when it matters and continue to dominate. Its simple yo.
