logician, his point is that if you were to dope, you would not beat Galen Rupp. If the top Division I runner would dope, he would not beat Bernard Lagat.
Doping is irrelevant to performance level.
And that point is wrong and dumb.

Well, you obviously suck at running and have never raced at a high level. If YOU were to dope, you would not magically be able to beat Galen Rupp.
So you admit that you think that Lalang and Ches are doping?

No. I admit that Lalang and Ches cannot beat Rupp even if they doped.
For me, I can't enjoy a race unless I consider doping irrelevant. whoever crosses the line first is the winner, and as long as they do not do anything to be disqualified during the time of play, they won the race.
All of the discussion of "oh but he probably doped" or even "now we know he was doping then" is a waste of breath. It doesn't change the result of the event.
"you continue to shoot of bullshits, because really you don't know anything".
Most clean country?? That's laughable and ironic since it's so dirty in multiple ways, from drugs to smog, to allowing you there. Renato the sports biggest drug supporter on the message boards.

You idiot trolls.
Renato Canova's posts on here are by far the best thing on this message board right now. How many coaches of his calibre freely share their information with everyone, online, where anyone can ask and be answered?
Mr. Canova - thank you for all your contributions!

This forum is on it's last legs. It's been bad for years because of all the nonsense going on here but the last year has taken it to the extreme. Daniels, Hadley, Wetmore, Cabral and countless other top coaches and elites have left because of it. All that's left is Renato, Malmo, hodgie-san(rarely posts anymore) and a few others.
All because of these idiot trolls, The training threads with 50-100+ posts of quality information don't happen anymore. Interesting questions on training principles barely get 10 posts and even when they do, the majority of posts are by trolls.
Sorry Brojo's but this forum is a dive and always will be as long as idiots like Jamin, stick with eharmony and other imbeciles are allowed to freely post crap on the forum. Everything that is relevant to running is lost in a pile of sh1t because of them.

Proving once again African doping cannot beat clean white genetic superiority.

Mark Wetmore used to post here?
I had a conversation with an athletic coach of China not long ago. China now has probably the most strict rule regarding doping. Almost all domestic road races require the clearance of samples before sending the prize money.
BTW, according to the local report, the prize money for Mosop and M. Dibaba is 80k US dollar.

Oops, he hasn't as far as I know. Typo, I put in Mark Wetmore instead of Hadley by accident the first time. Thought I deleted Wetmore.
I agree with your take on the slow death of the forum. But it's not the joking or the buffoonery that will take it down in the end. It will be the hostile and cowardly running related attacks. They have already done irreparable damage.

There is an "odd one out" on your list ...
Blitz: Instead of spamming every thread with how bad you think the forum is, please go away. You do not contribute anything to this forum.
Renato has given us great insight into how doping control in China works. This is a regimen we should push for in the US too.
If IAAF had cared as much about doping as the "idiot trolls" on this board, athletics would have been a lot cleaner. These "idiots" have screamed for more doping control in Kenya for years, despite the naysayers' (including Renato) assurances that doping at top level doesn't happen. The Jeptoo scandal shows that the "idiots" were right and that every outstanding and surprising performance should be studied with critical eyes. And it's natural that a drop from 2:20 to 2:06 raises questions about what happened.
Elite coaches should push for openness and be in forefront in the war on doping. Just denying that doping happens isn't good enough.

Cabral a top coach?
Please...
who has mark hadley ever coached besides ruining his own daughter?
i call on the forum gods to edit some of the vitriol out of the pages. Some people post here out of sheer stupidity. everytime a non-american performs well they come out and condemn them for doping. just because there are many african/non-american winners does not mean that they all dope. that is akin to saying that american NFL/NBA is full of dopers since they are better in the world than many others. also why would anyone call out Renato Canova or any other coach especially on things that you dont know? Enough with the nonsense!
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
