If asked to give 100% effort after a proper warmup, timed FAT, I would guess:
40 yards: 5.3 seconds
100m: 13.5
200m: 28.5
400m: 65
800m: 2:25
Mile: 5:45
5k: 21:00
10k: 45:00
Marathon: 4:00:00
What say you?
I can't help but think this is troll bait, but...
I was a well-trained 25 year old and there were lots of days I couldn't run 28,5 for 200, or, probably 13,5, assuming it was from a standing start.
My sons run XC and track and I can tell you that there are plenty of high schoolers who can't run any of those times. In particular, the 800 is just laughable. If some 25 year old whose only other attributes were a healthy weight and the fitness that comes with playing a few games of flag football were to step onto a track and run 2:25, he should probably consider training for the next Olympics. And that's if it's a he! You don't specify. Are you saying 25 year old women can run those times?!
