Ryan Hall needs to learn basic publicity skills. What kind of video was that? Did anyone even see Ryan in it? Or hear him talking?

I actually liked it despite the poor picture quality.
And the title or tweet or whatever that thing is called is:
"Nice long run this morning in Ethiopia. This was just a handful of the few hundreds of elite runner out hammering. "
So it's not about Ryan, it's about the other guys, the local guys running.
I like the fact that Ryan has made and shared a video not about Ryan.
Or maybe he didn't film it at all and he was one of those pixels moving fast on the right of the screen.

Plus, Chemical Ryan has a TUE for thyroid meds. Surely he packed a good supply for his voyage.

Ryan Hall is on the USADA testing pool, which can and does follow you around the world. If he were hiding, he wouldn't post a video of his location publicly.
I know, I responded seriously to a bunch of trolls, f*** me.
Praise The Lorde! I will now upgrade my LA prediction for Ryan from DNS to DNF at mile 16.
Training in America, Flagstaff in particular, is impossible. Horrific snow storms everywhere, all year round. No hills. No mountains. No tracks. Notorious.
I was expecting less concrete and asphalt.
That's what I'm saying. Why go all the way to Ethiopia to train? Training is training. All things being equal, it's unnecessary to have the big carbon footprint of flying all over the world when you could just stay at home.

TIL being white, American, and a good runner makes you automatically have PR skills.
