congratulations. now i think you are in sub 1:52 shape, as Meb FTW mentioned above. 8x200 w/30s rest is one of the most challenging workouts and it looks like you are capable of running it at an average of sub 28 pace.

for 5k/10k runners the workout´s total is more impressive, of course. please keep in mind that 800m training is totally different. 8x200 w/30s would knock out even dedicated distance guys. the seemingly "low" volume looks like laziness at a first glance. fallacy!
