My sympathies big time. Our yellow lab will be 11 in a couple of months and she is the center of my life.
Thanks for that. I work at home, so Tucker and I have not been apart for the 10 years plus we've had him. Worst day of my life, for sure.
Drank too much last night... my workout ended up being jogging to my workout for warm-up, lacing up my flats, doing some drills, putting back on my trainers, and trudging back home. Ugh. 2 miles for the day. Life, baby, life.
33 laps around the track. One for every year of Jesus' life. Amen.
I wish. 20 miles for me right now would be torture. 6-8 miles is about all would create an experience of peace and quiet.

10 xmas eve morning, 9 xmas morning. Felt good both days. Racing season over; just having fun.
saw jet contrail early on xmas that I told my kids was from santa's sleigh.
no other runners on xmas near Dallas,, just a few speeding cars. Awesome xmas later with family. Got an Oregon shirt sporting a 'win the day' saying. Gave son a Ducks stocking cap.
