Is Trafeh a favored athlete at USATF? I would assume so, but don't follow the sport closely.
I'm assuming USATF has favored athletes like other IOC sports with poor (no money for bribes), lower-ranked dopers the ones getting the sanctions.
USADA was trying to cite Mo on lying about his whereabout.
The only thing you couldn't tell from the report was whether when they went to test him in Morocco a few days after he flew back to the US if they knew he was back in the US at the time. He obviously wasn't where they thought he was in Morocco but he lied and told them he was visiting his mother in Morocco. Eventually they found out for sure he was in the US from Homeland Security. I think they already knew it at this time but from reading the report you can not be sure.

After the 2011 Boston all races were sub-par for him and each was worse than the previous.
