By that time alone she would make NCAA's in the 3k
She even crushed 3k PR, average mile pace was 4:57 and her mile PR is 4:59
It seems like this girl is making some very rapid improvements
In an article after NCAA's it said she got her way up to 90mpw, for a woman, that's quite a bit, but it's definitely paying off
As long as she can stay injury free I think she will have a good indoor outdoor season
She'll probably run a fast 3k, around 8:57, then I'd hope she would do the Payton Jordan 5k, maybe run around 15:08-09, but I'm not sure, she probably in really good peak form RN, and that BU indoor track is really fast, as fast as an outdoor track
