I'm 6' 1.5" and 168. Used to race at 154 about 25 years back. Would like to get to 160.
Add 5 lbs. to every response.

Awesome guys keep them coming if you can. Compiling the weights for a projects data chart. Obviously they will be skewed but the general consensus here is most of you need to eat A LOT.
You are either incredibly stupid or trolling. There is zero use that can be made from data collected from people anonymously answering such a question, even in some sort of legitimate forum - when you gather that data from postings on LetsRun? Give me a break. Shrek's answer is your measure for reliability.
Or they're just doing a homework assignment. At least the answers they get here will probably be more interesting than what they'd get from posting a link to SurveyMonkey on Facebook and having five of their friends respond.

I'm the EXACT same height & weight as this person. I'm 56 years old. When I was running my lifetime PRs at the ages of 39-40, I weighed 138lbs. at this height. Obviously, I'm running somewhat slower now, but not sure how much of that is due to increased age or weight. I started lifting weights more frequently over the past 10+ years and while I'm certainly not bulked up, the extra weight might be due to that, because I certainly don't look fatter. :)

Interesting, my weight has increased considerably from climbing.
Pre climbing (1.5 years ago, college running Mid D days): 6'4 170 racing weight, 175 training
Post college (1 year 2 months of climbing): 6'4 195 with no noticeable fat increase.
I gain muscle very easily, I wasn't allowed to lift legs in college because they would just increase in mass very quickly. They've always been very muscular. My upper body had to get much better to support my legs during climbing (the legs are probably the only reason I can boulder v9 after just starting last september).
