Who actually here measures every single gram of rice on a scale? You know what I mean. People can estimate but more often than not, they will be off considerably.

When you made this comment, most of the preceding weights (with one or two significant exceptions) actually struck me as being a bit hefty for distance runners.
Anyway, me now: 6-2/188cm, 154/70kg; as a distance runner: 6-3/190cm, 148/67kg.

5'7"? Didn't know you were a girl, I always thought you were a dude.
also 5'10" and 165 (now, in my late-50s), still run a few days a week (25 miles)
but
in college was 5'10" and 127-8, was running to win at 80-110mpw (but alas, i didn't win much)
i look in the mirror, and can't imagine being 40lbs lighter, even if it was nearly 40 years ago

5'10", 145 lbs.
6'0"195 If I train a lot 170 is about the lowest I could get it down to.
5'8" 130lbs, same as college racing weight but I'm 65 now.
5'11" 168 lbs
How are you going to adjust for females? (Your projects data chart)
6'1, 157
You are ancient! But kudos to you for still running. I love the old people at our local races. One lady is 85 and sets a state age record on every distance each year. Most of her competition is stiff (dead). I seriously like the 70+ crowd running, they're supportive, friendly, and usually funny. For this thread: 6'2.5", 160 lbs (pre-thanksgiving).
