He finished 9th, but 1st Masters.
It was just cool to see Elites at a local race. Torrance for 1st 14:42, Leer over Reyes in 10K.
Anyone else spot Elites lined up next to them at local race?

The post race party at the Buffalo turkey trot is probably the best post race party ever. Unlimited beer and a live band for 15000 people. You can get tanked so easily. Buffalo knows how to party
Stanley Steemcok pulled out the win in his local Turkey Trot.

I turned 5-0. I have a flat as a pancake 5k about 1.5 miles from my front door, if I run all back roads to get there.
I ran 17:02, had a nice race and enjoyed coming in ahead of so many 20 and 30 year old's that were way ahead of me at the one mile mark.
Gobble gobble sucka's.

Torrence only won by 2 seconds
i fell off pace with the front group but kicked it in for 7th in 16:10. not in the best shape right now.
Tried to run down 4th place in the last mile but couldn't quite reel him in. Ended up a little bit over 16. The results had me in 4th place based on chip time, though. I would've felt bad about winning money that way, but fortunately it was just a fun run.
29:47 for 5.10 miles. Ran faster than last year by 30 seconds which is nice. Temperature was in the low 30s and a congested first mile.
3rd place, 1st in 40+ age group (other than the winner who is my same age). Fun but slow... 20:05. Course was on sand and trails around a lake. Had not run all week, and only twice in the last 2 weeks.
Ran in my first Turkey Trot and first road race of any kind. Had a blast. Time is not important, it was for charity.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
