Pennell can, but he's not running. Also, I'm not sure, but I think Ben True scratched. The race will be live streamed free.
Double post, but I forgot the link
Anyone got the inside scoop on Scotty Bauhs? I remember back in 08' he was such an underdog hero: Stanford 10k, fl0track hype and that one Adidas ad/poster. Has he got any more magic to unleash upon fans, or has the motivation run out when the excitement of those years 06-09 passed into memory?
Sara Hall for the upset over Huddle. Hall has been looking good recently
Huddle

I think grad school and some relationship issues set him back...just third hand info so take it with a grain of salt
Women's race looks super interesting to me.
I expect Conley, Huddle, Hall to separate themselves with Huddle winning. Then it will be interesting to see how some of the younger post-collegiates are developing: Sisson, Pappas, Goethals, Bottorff.
Disappointed to not get a Huddle / Flanagan rematch
I pick D. Haaga in the 50-54. His Rockville 10k was average, but I think he is ready to roll.

By being a 29:00 10k guy?
That's not how qualification for this works. You're supposed to have finished top 10 at one of the other US championship road races during the year, which unless I missed something, he didn't.
Huddle is in another league from these women. Hands down unless she pulls an Abdi this year.
course is lame .....so many cool streets in old town Alexandria that are not even being touched. This 12k has no buzz except for the elites....

Where can we view this crappy stream from the lead car's iPhone? USATF.tv I'm guessing?
Parker Stinson ftw
Mark Parrish
Top 3 (Kinda bold 2/3 picks):
1. True (If he hasn't scratched)
2. Ward
3. Spisak (Because he has done pretty well in the latter stages of the races in these circuit races)
Scotty now runs for the Asics Aggies
he's been doing a bunch of xc races in the PA USATF series.
he ran a 61high half in september i think...can't recall the race. it was not in the USA.
ran the half at the great run in glasgow but did poorly, faded bad.
