Ok, you make a good point and thank you for not insulting me while making it. I guess based on what happened last year to me(trying to break 3 with the headwind and not succeeding) I'd encourage anyone who is planning to PR in NYC to consider just running it as a workout and trying to PR in Philly which I get makes it tricky with tapering and all since they'd be already tapering. After last year, I think that NY is the type of race you go for the experience more so than to run a PR and there's nothing wrong with that either IMO.
