As for Tiernan Locke he was adverse before Sky. As you say. So why mention him? He was not British Cycling which relates to the Olympics and track cycling - which Britain have dominated for a LONG time with no drugs (banned)
As for Froome his was for asthma. Armstrong was to cover a fail. Very different. Be fair. No dodgy results here. Armstrong was clearly dodgy and helped by the powers. Not the same at all.
Also, Tiernan-Locke seemed to drop in ability after joining Sky. Not what you would expect if Sky were doping
