Usain Bolt just ran an 11.2 for a road 100m. It was a world record as well.

Ok, answer this. Why not?
Why do humans do lots of things? Go the moon, run marathons, etc.
Good answer, rojo.
Seyta, why run 42,195 meters on the road? Why run 10,000 meters on a track? Why run 50 miles on trails? Because people want to.
Do you have any idea where "miles" and "meters" come from? The sport is PRECISELY and ONLY about running arbitrary distances on arbitrary surfaces. A competitive 800 on the road has as as much reason to exist as 99% of the slow track 400s being churned out all spring.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
