Let us not forget USATF controls USADA. USATF is controlled by NIKE. Also even if Rupp weren't NIKE, there is the whole thing about USATF higher ups helping Tyson Gay dope and covering it up.
USATF needs Americans to do well. Some in control have no interest in actually catching dopers.
Same can be said for other countries' track and field federations.
USADA again testing Galen Rupp the most

Cheaters are often caught for political reasons. Armstrong was caught because the USADA needed a big fish to keep the donations coming in.
The mantra is, "cheaters are far ahead of us, and we need new testing to catch these evil people." All this means is, the USADA needs more money to develop new testing. That means more people to manage, which means USADA management is now responsible for handling more staff and outside experts, and they most be compensated for the added responsibilities. The CEO of the USADA makes about $400k per year, but CEOs of organizations always need more money. -

USATF has no control over USADA.
The whole point of USADA is it is independent. It is way more independent than the NFL or MLB drug testing.
I haven't looked recently but USADA used to get half its money from the US Government and have from the USOC. If you want to argue USADA does not want to upset USATF because that would upset the USOC go ahead but I don't buy it.
USADA went after Lance very hard and he was as closely tied to Nike as anyone. I had to laugh when I found this: https://www.change.org/p/strip-the-tax-funded-status-of-the-usada
with people wanting the US government to strip USADA of funding because they busted Lance. -
Honestly, do you all just hope Rupp gets caught? He has no legitimate history of cheating just a bunch of LR users saying "they know for a fact he's doped". This has been the story of his career and time and time again he proves all of you wrong. he gets tested the most and passes more test than the most. You can hate all you want but the fact is Rupp is now the only American who is a world threat, if he fails I will eat my words but in my eyes he is innocent until proven guilty.
-
Rupp fanboys will see what they want to see. Armstrong had no legitimate history of cheating. He retired and years later the hammer was brought down. Why should Rupp be left alone?
Rupp is THE poster boy for NOP. NOP is doing training that others athletes cannot duplicate: 4 minute 1600s AFTER a race, running faster endlessly with age, and breaking national records for events they do not specialize in.
If Rupp is truly clean, then he and his fanboys have nothing to worry about. When fanboys throw the defense shields up, then yes, there is something to be concerned about.
Rupp will not prove anyone wrong until long after he stops competing, and the USADA officially states it is done analyzing his old test data. Rupp will not be cleared for another 20 years. -

I know for a fact that a former coach and a former athlete from NOP has gone to USATF with details about how Rupp has been using. Both were told the same thing. "we'll check into it" -
I thought Rupp sucked and was a 10,000 meter specialist and would never break 13:00 again in the 5K. And Farah can only sit and kick and could never keep up if a race has an honest pace and was dodging competition this year because he sucks. And Ritz should have stayed with Hudson because Salazar can't coach marathoners. And Centrowitz ALWAYS gets owned by Manzano when it counts. And Hasay is terrible with no kick.
Now they are unbeatable with their superdrugs?

USADA teaches how to CHEAT wrote:
USADA is not independent of USATF. USATF controls what USADA does. For instance, who drags us into for samples? a USATF chaparrone, who is typically affiliated with an NCAA track team. Who schedules our tests? a very nice woman who works for USATF (we all like her personally). Who interprets results? USADA clinicians. It's the same at pro sports, NCAA, etc. Fran Tarkenten just said so on TV last week.
USADA drags it's feet by charter. I.E. USADA was not created to catch drug cheats, rather, USADA was created to teach people how to take PEDS, HPGH, pain killers, etc. and get away with it.
Rumors are Rupp and others are taking designer PEDS or undiscovered PEDS not on the banned list. Many pros inject near-fatal amounts of pain killers so they can train until their limbs break. Horses in particular.
Bottom line, until there is independent testing, and rapid incorporation of designer/exotic PEDS, doping will continue.
You have no clue about drug testing protocols. -

Does getting tons of blood taken from you for testing purposes negatively impact health and training? Setting aside practicalities of anti-doping measures for a second, having blood taken from the body in a life of limited opportunities, time, etc. is not preferred to keeping it , right? It seems to me, in blood draws for all sorts of applications, blood isn't utilized as efficiently as it could (doing other tests of value--notwithstanding their expense). Might also be a source of performance inequity/unfairness.
A very small amount of blood is taken. -
USADA dropped the "random" claim years ago. There is some randomness to it, but not like drawing for the lottery.

You lost all credibility with the Lance comment... -

As expected, the Rupp fanboy response. Rupp has never tested positive, therefore ALL future re-testing will never prove anything. LOL... Rupp gets a free-ride from fanboys. -
USADA is a shill, a facade, which creates the false impression that athletes are tested and clean.
Fully discrete drug sampling and testing does not exist in pro or college sports at any level except Horse Racing.
But then trainers inject horses legally with pain killers resulting in horses having to be put down on the track in front of the fans.
Human cheats are given new steroids, hormones, and stimulants not yet under USADA controls.
USADA intentionally delays testing new compounds and drugs.
The time delta has created the MLB/NFL/NBA monster androids we watch on televison every day.
The time delta has resulted in record times at marathons and track and field meetings.
It's a 100 biliion dollar sham.
It's impossible to stop. -
Further proof rupp is a doper. What more do you need?
-
USADA is infamous for it's fake suite of ineffective drug tests that anyone can pass. USADA tests are akin to giving the ASVAB -- 99% pass because the Pentagon needs millions of dumb people each year.

First, rupp fanboys have no bearing on whether he dopes or not. Same thing with the rupp haters.
I also love the "he is tested a lot so he must be doping" because if he wasn't tested a lot, these same folks would cry foul and blame nike.
Not testing positive doesn't mean he isn't doping, and certainly doesn't make it more likely he his. One reason he is tested so much, 3 AR , national champs, 4 diamond league, these are going to have tests.
And regarding the dim ones he keep mentioning TUES, he has been stated no NOP has any
I truly hope he is clean. He has had an almost perfect path. Good coaching since high school, no major injuries, gradual progression each year. The dude works his ass off. If he can't do this without cheating ,doesn't look good for any American.
I also love how Ben true runs 13:02 and he is celebrated. Jager AR runs for nike and he is clean and a hero.
I for one am loving American distance running right now! If it turns out everyone is doping, that will be the end of me caring about distance running at the elite level. -

So it is possible that your ignorance is the only reason you care. -

Three major warning bells.
Start young to get a good biopassport going.
No major injuries where every other high intensity workout runner has failed to stay injury free.
Gradual progression for 14 straight years. Yup... -

There's just too much BS on LRC, but this one takes the cake. "Three major warning bells" are you f'ing kidding me. Yeah Rupp started doping in high school when Salazar started coaching him.
And written with an air of certainty, so self-satisfied in its logical coherence and rigidity. Too bad it's just crap.
