For a program that meets five times a week for first period class, after school for about 2 1/2 hours, Saturday's mileGe just seems low. I'm not questioning that your system works great, but question mile numbers. As I have been told during my coaching days by many of the top distance coaches in the United States running is running and all running should be included in the totals. I'm just questioning your milage totals when all running is included. Keep up the great program and keep it going
