She's hot.
Anyone else find Eunice Sum kinda strangely sexy? Maybe it's those freakishly long limbs.

I don't think that Brenda would like to be called a proud male Mexican. Spanish has gender.
I don't think you know Spanish. "Mexicano" was the adjective describing the noun "orgullo" (pride). Orgullo is a masculine word so Mexicano has to also be in the masculine form. Mexicano was not describing Brenda which is what you assumed. Sorry, go back to Spanish 101.

Maybe he was talking about "orgullo"

Umm, You mean Joe Vigil? He's only taken her from being a descent American talent, to medaling at the World Championships. I would agree that the first half of her season was sub-par, but she's back on track and running Very well under her current coach.
I meant her husband. As much success as Joe Vigil has had with long-distance runners and college teams, I don't see him, or really anyone, being a great coach of an 8/15 runner when the guy intercepting the workouts seems like an inflexible despot if you read between the Runner's World lines. I realize that setting too easily reachable goals is not the way to do it but she was hoping to go under 1:57, 4:00 and 15:00 this year (maybe not all in 2014). Instead she was slower than she was in 2013 in all of those distances while her compatriots shone brightly. But, I am not Joe Vigil by a long shot and maybe he'll have her crushing everyone in these coming championship years. I at least hope she can get to the level of Jenny B and Shannon R in the 1500 and up so that women's track can get even more interesting. But she looked ragged as shit so much of this season, erring, maybe on purpose on the side of too much work. Either way she definitely left a lot on the workout tracks.
I forgot to mention, the whole reason I posted what I did before was to point out another stupid thing said by a Bro-Jo. One does not manage to win an 800 close to a second off her best at the end of a season and qualify as being "back." Maybe "less hurting."
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
