Let's talk about what we're really talking about:
Charity fundraising runner (team in training, etc.) vs. the rest of us. This thread is full of guys on the internet at their job (automatic YR) and guys in their dorm (automatic YR) who indentify with some Pre inspired lumber mill tough guy attitude. What you like to eat, drink, who you vote for, what running related products you use, who coaches you, where you live, these have nothing to do with the ability to lay it on the line and compete. Be confident and admit you're a yup (even a little bit), because you know tomorrow you'll be laying down another 20 miles and Saturday morning you'll lace 'em up and lay it on the line.
