Yeah, I've never heard of any school offering an anatomy major. As you mention, it would take about two semesters to learn the entirety of human anatomy if you are moving through the material at a leisurely pace (med schools move through the same amount of material in less than a third of that time). So, what the heck would an anatomy major spend the next three years learning after they finished freshman year and had literally learned everything there is to know about their subject?
Unless someone offers evidence to the contrary, I am going to continue to assume that no school offers an anatomy major and that the other poster has simply fabricated the idea that this major exists.
