Yes but look at some of the other times in the B 800m. It was not bad conditions in Stockholm, but it was not the best. a little bit of wind will slow it down. That women's 1500m tells a lot of the story. At the same time, some of the non-Europeans and non-Commonwealth Games people have not raced much in the last month and it might take a while to sharpen up.
yes, simpson has not tested positive in the comprehensive drug testing era whereas slaney tested positive, however you can not make that judgement of doped versus no doped until someone's career is over. I am a fan of Simpson though.Loot wrote:
