yes I know that I can go to the final to see who's there. I've already said that it's reasonably easy to deduce, but a far easier way would be to do what ALL other results services I've ever seen do, and list heat results with Q and q where applicable. There really is no good reason to omit them
I agree it'd be better to have the Q and qs listed and I've no idea why they haven't done that, seems daft.
The first link I put is for anyone who wants a list of ALL of the athletics events from the first day to the last day. I find it slow to load but that may be my connection.

trying to follow the Women's LJ qualification this morning has been ludicrous. They only have a 'Q' next to those who got the automatic qualifying (not many) so the only way of establishing who the other finalists are is to go into each separate pool results and count down to the 12th furthest jump between the two. Not rocket science, admittedly, but you would think at the very least they'd put the 'q's in (this is about an hour after qualification finished). Ridiculous
I noticed it also that they can't even put a small "q" up for time qualifiers
Use the bbc website - are you some kind of retard?!
Wow, just wow. For rojo or wejo to criticize anyone for bad website design, poor grammar, atrocious spelling, childish interviewing skills or arithmetic mistakes. Just wow. Sons, dubyaing your ways through life is no way to go.
That's my $2 bucks worth.
I can never remember; is it rojo who is the village idiot, or is it wejo?
why do people keep going on about letsrun? It's irrelevant to the point being made here. It's a similar logic to those who claim you're not in a position to criticise any athlete unless you've run as fast as them.
the grammar, website design, spelling etc.. is NOT the point. The point is that these are a very high profile Games, with a large budget and they're leaving out fundamental detail in their official website. It's really basic stuff, and they've got every right to make a point of it. And of course you can just go to the BBC site for the same info, but again that's not the point being made.
(p.s. "Wow. Just wow" has to be the most irritating 'phrase' around. And there are plenty of contenders)
letsrun is a high profile website financed by massive trust funds. The founders went to the most expensive prep schools and have Ivy League degrees. Until they can manage to write a single sentence without a massive blunder, they should shut the hell up about any other website.
They still build their houses out of stone for goodness sakes. Stones I tells ya, because wood has yet to be discovered there.
You are not alone.
Even Bolt thinks the Games are a bit…shitty?
should have hired the obamacare website creators
O WAIT, LOL

Are you kidding. None of the results show the time qualifiers. Nor they even say how many time qualifiers there are so you can't figure it out yourself.

You guys can barely spell and you're complaining about another website's layout?! Look at your subject line--you used "the" instead of "that!" Look at your home page--it's stuck in 2001. And have you listened to the "interviews" you, um, well, um, er, conduct with--er, people?
Yes. I mistyped the instead of that but you know what? You still understood what I meant. With the CGs website, you don't understand the results as no one knows who made the final.
Plus this website cost the public zero dollars.
What's so hard about clicking on the Qualification Standings link? There's one such link on every page: for heats, semis, finals. You get a page like this one:

Actually, the decades that brosjo daddy spent on the public gravytrain payroll as dubyas sidekick paid for this website. Every dollar for letsrun came from the public.
