Angelina Jolie will direct the movie based on SFH and how running toughened her up for the war that was Las Vegas high end prostitution. She manages to return to Wisconsin and become a national icon empowering women and girls for an entire generation.

Suzy, Kip Litton, Vessey's outfits, Kara/Adam--a reality show pivoting on these could fill the stands at nationals held anywhere but Eugene.

If she writes a book, I hope it contains pictures.

All true except for the last part. She was never that good-looking, especially compared to Suzy, but now she's old and putting on weight and looking haggard and genuinely gross.
Her mentally retarded kid, however, could play the role of a typical letsrun poster. And if he had a twin, they could even...nah, I wont go there. -

"what do you think?"
I think she has pretty much nothing interesting or unique to say. She chose to become a high end whore. There have been countless women over the years who have done this. Do we really need to hear their story? Here it is, summed up for you:
- I was a fast runner
- I started getting past my prime so I was bored and no longer making money off of running
- Being a prostitute sounded like it would pay well
- So I became a prostitute and made lots of money again
- Then a bunch of people found out and shamed me so I quit
- Now I'm not making money any more, so I think I'll try to sell my story -

Doesn't stop you or countless other idiots here from offering your ideas for consumption.
I'm assuming, based on both the demographics of Letsrun and your low intelligence when it comes to women and life in general, that you are a man, or at least male. I am also assuming you have no idea what it's like to be in the spotlight as a woman, an athlete and a person, and whether SFH chose that to some extent doesn't matter.
So you would be wise to at least recognize the frailty and dimness of your ideas, as free though you may be to shit 'em up shittily in this shittiest of shitholes. -
(1) I hope said book has photos of Suzy posing nude. I can imagine what she looks like and I'm sure it's pretty accurate but I want to see the real thing myself.
(2) I hope Suzy doesn't commit suicide. All this pretend that things are fine and dandy and that she's okay with being open is another ploy for attention and quite plainly a facade. She's emotionally shattered underneath and far from being mentally stable. There is no need to invite all this pressure with a blog and so forth. Lay in the weeds woman. -

I'm guessing YOU have zero intelligence when it comes to the way people are... or you're outright lying and secretly insecure. Fact is, this wishy washy happy stuff for SFH is complete b*llsh-t. SFH became a high-priced escort, basically a female mack. She knew how to manipulate men, and don't think she picked up those skills overnight in her mid-life, either. Her husband seems like a real pushover, so, sad to say, she was probably racking up experience and honing her skills since college.
Behind the scenes, things are pretty vicious when it comes to sex and status-seeking and social maneuvering, and that includes college kids and NCAA athletes. I have personal insight into this.
If some famous male distance runner started pimping other female distance runners, then wrote a book/made a movie about it, what would all you SFH defenders have to say about that?
It certainly is possible to be promiscuous without the manipulation, drama, viciousness, etc., but that is not how most people I know swing these days, and especially not the headcase D1 athletes at big schools.
But you are either blind to all of this or a partial participant in such greedy things and the SFH story has created cognitive dissonance in your life. -

I have to admit I haven't looked at a picture of her lately!
Come to think of it, Emma Coburn has the speed and looks, but I'd hate to see our new American record holder mixed up in a sorry story like this! -
This is what cracks me up about certain people. She states, "after what I have been through."
Funny, many people go through hellish times and come out the other side stronger, better. But Suzy did not "go through" anything but due to her illegal, immoral actions caused herself (and family, her children) much grief.
To say "what I have been through" implies that she was put through something that was not directly caused by her actions. That she was a victim. She participated in a crime, evidently numerous times. And why? For excitement? Because what? Was she bored being a housewife, a mother, a wife?
I'm sorry but I have no sympathy for her and don't really care or want to hear "her story." I think we already know enough. We get it. -

...and ends up making way more money than Suzy did for writing the book that the movie was based on. That would be repeating the same old pattern of their rivalry in a new setting. -

Neither, actually -- false dilemma you're scripted there.

Whatever insight you may have in life, and it's clearly very feeble, is not serving you in any way here.

This is remarkably stupid. You do know what a strawman argument is, right? It's lame enough for you to turn this into a "what if it were a guy under the gun" issue, but now you're comparing Suzy to a pimp?

A "partial participant," eh? What's that mean, I only charge for sex some of the time? I'm only a bit of a slut?
Please return to your imaginary den of wisdom concerning human behavior. You don't belong in a discussion among adults, and the NCAA student-athlete circus is not an adult one. -
Is she still with her husband? I would imagine even if the mental illness thing was real that this would have been a strain on the relationship, to say the least. Anyone know?

All jokes aside, I'm very surprised by her starting a "blog" and planning on sharing "content" in the future, like even a book. She very likely has discontinued treatment and oversight, because mental health providers would be trying to move her in the complete other direction and this sort of behavior would drive them to tighten the reigns. Whether you agree with that or not, that's how the mental health establishment works nowadays. Within that context, I can't deny there is a part of me that also worries that SFH might be at risk for something very serious, like heaven forbid, suicide (family history, too, see sibling). -
Great. Another blahg about diet, fitness, and personal opinions.

Conservative Panhandler: Why are you making this a feminist argument? And nobody called her a slut. I could care less if she slept with 1 or 1000 people. I was only saying that her story doesn't interest me. It is boring and ordinary. She didn't go through trials and tribulations, she just went out and became a prostitute, then she stopped. Not very interesting. Where is the story arc? Where is the character development? It doesn't exist. Therefore, it is boring. If a man had the exact same story, I would be equally disinterested in reading that book or watching that movie.
